use the chalk on the little wall in back of horse on the left you will see the pointer change into a hand

awwwwwww the poor guard went insane... lol:))
Walkthrough:
-pick up feather, click on guards nose. do this twice.
- take water can and water the plant to the ojd guys right.
- take the batteries and put them in the radio
pich up little rochs and drop them on the old guy's balloon
-click the ladie, she will show the guard her...well, you know..
-take the bucket and fill it with water
-then click the dog
-tip the trashcan and pick up the chalk and write on the wall
- when the bird flies over the guerds head, click the bird and it will poop on his head
- he'll go insane
i have no clue how to write with the chalk!!!

The chalk works!!!! You use it on the place it came from. Well not exactly but the corner of the wall next to the garbage the place where it was near use the chalk there.
