hi...not sure how the map works...any help?

I know how the map works...on the top circle hold down mouse and drag line to second yellow dot at top...next drag second red dot on left to third yellow dot at top...and so on

I have everything else except the first samurai...I googled what shuchun said and it comes out as necks 1...don't get it.
