Escape from the Homemade Room aka Escape from Original Room 5 is another Japanese point and click type room escape game from creator of Escape From Original Room and Dreams of Escape from a Room games. In this game, you are in a room and you need to escape the room by finding and using items with solving puzzles. Good luck and have fun!

My first walkthrough - enjoy!
1. Click on the middle shelf on the desk
2. click in left container to get bottle (red herring?)
3. go left, then click on green rug at lower left
4.Click lower right corner of the green carpet and get paper from underneath
5. Click directly under table on green carpet and get coffee mug
6. go left again, then click on red cabinet
7. Click middle shelf on the far right side then get green pencil
8.Turn left again, click directly behind red cabinet and get scissors
9. Click in the middle of the wall (two small black marks)
10.put paper in the middle of the black marks, then use pencil on paper to get 1st number
11. Use scissors on paper to get 2nd number.
12. turn left twice, click on the green rug in lower left corner of screen
13. Click twice on blue pillow then use scissors on pillow to get screwdriver.
14.move right
15.click once on clock (nothing will happen) then click on top of stool to move the stool in front of clock.
16.Click on clock, use screwdriver on clock (to move it down), then put paper above clock.
17.click on clock to move the clock back into place, use screwdriver to move clock back down again and get paper for 3rd number.
18.Click on stool to move back in front of desk
19.click on top shelf of desk, click on top right of screen to show screw.
20. Click on screw (nothing will happen)
21.Click on stool to move under clock again, click under desk, use coffee mug in center of screen.
22.move stool back in front of desk, look at screw again
23.use screwdriver on screw
24.get coffee mug (now filled with water)
25.Use mug on paper for 4th number
26.look at door, click on door panel, enter code from paper

walkthrough :
click bottom of screen in front of door to find orange
go right
take stick from bottom of large chest
take orange and brown thing from chest
go right. take key from box of tissues
take water from right side of chest
combine the water and the brown thing in your inventory
go right and notice oranges in squares 1,2,4,8
take oranges
click right bottom side of chest and use stick to take fuse
click left side of chest and open box with key. take screwdriver
go back to screen with door and open air vent at the bottom with screwdriver
take red star
go right and zoom the yellow box. make squares 1,2,4,8 light, the others dark
open the box and take pliers
go right and click left bottom side of table and take orange.
cut wire with pliers and take yellow squares
go to screen with yellow box and click the left middle side of the right chest
put the 3 shapes in the holes
zoom out and notice blue 6, red 4 and yellow 2
go to the panel left of the door and combine the 3 colored numbers over one another to make:
top line= green
top left line= purple
top right line= orange
middle line=brown
bottom line=green
bottom left line=green
bottom right line= purple
click button to open panel and put fuse in place
click the door and you are out

haku was right! at least for me!! I could find the second number with the powder...
"about the powder:
I think it is just a bug, it makes no sense that using scissors on paper can get a number on the paper
actually if u do not use scissors on paper, and use powder on it instead, you will also get the number"
