Hey! I have a key, gum, stick, post-it. Can pull a book but can't open it. I think that's it. I think I'm stuck already. Any help?
I have gum,stickbox, blue key.Added gum to stick to get box.And sticky note 3/7/8.

that was too easy, must've missed something. all i did was get 3 keys and used the red one on the door and escaped. never even opened the safe.
this was weird. i opened the game and i turned and the door opened for me.. "I escaped!"...
I`m out but I didn`t use the safe and didn`t break the statue. Weird!

trella you open the drawer and you take the green key withouth the blue one, just use it to open it ;)
What little statue are you referring to (to locate golden key)???

Apparently, there are several ways to get out, from what I'm reading in the comments.
I got out VERY easily. Grabbed a twig from the left plant, a piece of gum from under the table, attached gum to stick.
Found a post-it note, but never used it.
Got a blue key, too. (Can't remember where I got the blue key and the post it note, still in shock from how quickly I beat the game, lol)
Used the gum on a stick to grab the treasure box from the fish tank.
Used the blue key on the treasure box, got red key.
Used red key on door, and I'm out.
Odd.

I`ve found the statue. Tosca thanks about the diary.
Walkthrough
Go right and lift the cushions to take blue key and note.
Open the drawer under tv to get green key.
Take diary from third shelf, fourth book (green).Open diary with the green key Read it and get the code for the safe.
Get statue from safe. Go with the statue to armor, it will break. Take gold key.
Take stick from left plant and chewinggum from under table. Combine these to take chest from aquarium. Open chest with gold key and take red key, which shall open the door to get out.

i think this game is a bit buggy cuz the chest from tank opend with the blue key for me and so i had no use for gold key

It sure wasn't for me. And I hated clicking all the books before finding the right one.
