I was thinking that the switches on the wall might have to be in a certain order to push the red button, but I tried every combination I could think of. Maybe I'm missing something?

well jan got out on nordinho. said she switched everything off, unplugged freezer and set clock to 8. then turned off lights, went to door, hit red button and door and out. but that's not working for me. unless i'm missing something to turn off...

I turned off the switches near the oxygen and computer. Then unplugged the fridge. then turned off the 2 switches beside the light switch. Set the clock to 8 O'Clock. turned off light pressed red button beside door.

Ok. I'm playing, but I must say that this goes to my top-10 annoying games. I *hate* pixel hunting and that's what it all seems to be about. But I'll beat this ;(

after you get the battery out of the clock and out it in the flashlight you set the fridge to 0 and unpug it then go around and turn off all switches. then use flashlight to see around and press the red button and your out!

There is a safe there, we'll find the code soon enough. Click on the books. Click on the first one, it will open. Click on the index page couple of times and it will go into your inventory. You can open the drawers, but you can't find anything yet. You can also change the time on the clock, but no results of that yet. Go right (or left) twice.
Click on the cupboard and take the surgical blade. Go back. There is nothing inside the drawer. Open the cupboard door and take the scissors. Click on the fridge and look at the number lock. Does it remind you of something?
Go to the oxygen cylinder and then on the round thing showing the numbers. It shows somewhere around 500. Go back, click on the switches on the right and click the left one to turn it on. Look at the numbers again and you'll see that it shows almost 2500. Remember those numbers and go back to the fridge. Put the plug and set the same numbers (inner arrow on 500, outer arrow on 2500). Open the left side of the fridge and take the medicine bottle. Go right to the computer monitor to get the code for the right side of the fridge. Look at the number - 1000 if the switch is on. Turn the switch off and look at the number on the monitor – it's 100. Go to the fridge and set the numbers on the number lock (again, inner arrow for smaller value and outer arrow for bigger value). Take the paper with test timings.

lacylaces.com has a walkthrough. With torch activated, switch off all the switches so it goes pitch black, then click with torch on red button. I tried this but couldn't get it to work. Probably just a case of finding the hotspot of the torch to hit button.

2 things I noticed...dont know if they mean anything but did find them...
Behind the bedframe there is a very small hole/speck on the wall in between one of the holes.
One the heart poster look at the initials LPS they are the wrong initials and if you read what it is called the 3rd word is spelled wrong. Lower it talks of a left atrium fascicle (sorry if my spelling is incorrect)in the LPS one it has two many Cs. And it should be LPF not LPS.

Is it possible that this kind of games have errors? For example, I used clock batteries on torch, but when I look at clock (not with zoom) it's still working... How could it be?
I was thinking that if it has the clock error, maybe it could have an error in the ending of the game. (Always thinking that it's an error and it's not made deliberately)

6183 is not opening the medicine box?
A patient who suffers from blood clots goes to the operation theatre to pick up medicine. The door closes automatically behind him, trapping him inside the room. He enters the room at night. He has to pick up the medicines, and also escape from the room with the help of the clues found here. Everything in this room happens according to the time schedules given. If you want something to happen, then you have to set the time for it in the clock.
1) Switch on the 3rd switch on the first panel.
2) Go to books table.
Take the index page from the ‘Forbidden Medicine’.
Keep this in the inventory.
3) See the 3rd page of the ‘Medicine & Compassion’.
Use the medicine name which is the anti blood clotting medicine’s name.
4) Take surgical blade from surgical instruments, next to the sterilization machine.
Place it in inventory.
5) Open cupboard and take surgical scissors.
Place it in inventory.
6) Take the index page and place it on bed.
The light from the surgical lamp falls on it.
The two numbers 61 and 83 are highlighted.
Use these digits to open the medicine box.
Take the syringe and add it to the inventory.

Complete Walkthrough:
1. Turn the lights on with the 3rd switch on the first panel.
2. Look at the oxygen cylinder’s pressure, it is at 500. Switch on the oxygen cylinder and the pressure will rise to 2500. Turn switch back off.
3. Turn ECG machine on and off. Note the numbers you see 100 and 1000. Leave ECG machine off.
4. Go left. Plug the refrigerator in. Dial the refrigerator to 500(inside)/2500(outside). Zoom out and click on left side of refrigerator to open. Take the yellow bottle of medicine on top shelf. Repeat with 100/1000 to open right side of refrigerator and take test list. Turn dial back to '0' when done.
5. Zoom out and go left or right twice to the clock and, using the information from the test list, set clock to 6:00 for sterilization.
6. Again, zoom out and go left or right twice. You'll see a sterilization machine on cupboard next to refrigerator. Click on the door of the sterilization machine to open and retrieve a needle.
7. Zoom out. Take the surgical blade from tray next to sterilization machine.
8. Zoom out and click cupboard. Open cupboard door and take surgical scizzors from top shelf.
9. Zoom out twice and go left or right twice. Open 'Forbidden Medicine' book on table and take the index page.
10. Open left drawer of table and cut false bottom of drawer with blade to reveal and take flashlight.
11. Zoom out and go left. Zoom in on bed and hold index page in front of lamp. The light will reveal two highlighted numbers, 61 and 83. Return page to inventory and go right.
12. Use the code from the index, 6183, to open safe and retrieve the syringe.
13. Attach the needle to the syringe.
14. Click on medicine bottle in inventory and use scissors to break open the bottle at base of tip. Fill the syringe with the medicine and return bottle and filled syringe to inventory.
15. Zoom out and go left or right twice. Adjust the clock timing according to the stool test time which is 8 ‘O’ clock.
16. Click the edge of clock to turn clock over and take the battery of the clock.
17. Put the battery in the flashlight.
18. Switch off the light switch on the wall next to the bed.
19. Use your flashlight to navigate the dark room.
20. Zoom in and click on the red button next to the exit door.

13) Click on the sterilization machine.
Pick up the needle.
14) Attach the needle to the syringe in the inventory.
15) Cut the tip of the medicine container with the scissors.
Fill the syringe with the medicine.
Place the syringe in the inventory again.
16) Adjust the clock timing to 8 ‘O’ clock but turn of all the other instruments in the room.
Take the battery of the clock.
17) Put the battery in the torch.
18) Switch off all the switches that you operated in the game, as at 8 am in the morning, lights are not required.
19) The entire room becomes dark because it is still night.
20) Flash the torch on the red knob next to the exit door.
21) The exit door will open, and now you can escape.
