I found 3 places to input codes and I can see a piece of paper on top of the shelves over the sofa, but have not gotten anything yet. How is everyone else doing?
Same place you are, HyThere. Found a 4-digit code, a 6-digit code, an open input code, and nothing else. These games are beautiful, but way too smart for me! lol
got a file from white cabinet by door...also noticed safe behind books and locked box in drawer and desk...im stuck
It looks like there's something on top of the 9-square wall unit above the couch, but apparently you can't reach it without the use of... something else? I'm working on it...

A part of the cabinet under the birdcage moves, but I am not sure what is shown there.
click the square locks on the wheels of the cabinet...then it flipped over when it turned upside right i got the file

Anyone notice that the picture of the cell phone on the wall next to the door has an image of the same screen as the phone's wallpaper? I wonder if that means anything. And it looks like we're going to have to find a decoder for that white and black square on the same picture.
Okay, just used the file from the white cabinet to open the birdcage. No idea what's next, but... hey, it's something!
Pulled out the "bird", it looks like there's a slot of some sort on top of it. Would be nice if I could read Japanese, though.

Clicked far right panel of middle row of the bookcase under the birdcage; used the file on the lines, then got a book. Book opens up to reveal what looks like half of the 6-digit code, maybe?

I used the gun to shoot down whatever it was on top of that 9-square wall shelf, but now the gun is grayed out in my inventory, and I can't find the thing I shot down. Damn.
I tried that code based only on the paper, it did not work. I needed to get the book before the gun safe would open.
Never mind, it's between the desk and the plant. Paper airplanes! Yay!

AHA! The paper you shoot down from the shelf takes you to a website with all kinds of random stuff, but there's a 4-digit number somewhere on that page that will open the desk drawer! ;)
Opened the drawer, got funky little statue-thing, used that to find the code for open-input box, got a key! Now to figure out where the key goes! I have a feeling it's too early for it to open the door.

Jusme, it's a 4-digit number on the page. You don't need to translate anything. Look towards the bottom. :)

I found a 4 digit number at the bottom but that did not work on the desk drawer for me. Are the middle 2 digits were the same?
No, but on mine, the 1st and 3rd digits were the same.

I typed in the URL and it did not work. But when I clicked on the URL on the paper, I got the right number.

@sabrina, use the file on top of the birds back and get the paper...then go to the cabinet where bird cage is and click the middle row on the end with file for book with other half of paper
And we can not tell you the code. Not being mean, but it is different every time.

Amazing. I guessed right for the 6 digit code, but I couldn't open that safe with it until after I've found the other half of that page. Lol.

for those of you who found inputing the number properly, don't forget to click on the website from the page, unlike me who actually typed the website on a new page to find that number doesn't work that way..hehe...and out!
is someone still around? i need a hint how to open the box with the tiny statue. I tried "MIZZY" because it says that when you zoom in on the statue, but it doesnt work...
Whatever the word behind the statue is, type it in. Then zoom out and click on box to open it and get key for door. Do not worry if you don't get an indication that code is right or OK because I didn't but got the key anyway :)
well, that was short an easy for a Gotmail game, neede no help whatsoever!
after a break i tried it again but i don't get the right word from the little statue. when i highlight it and click it, it turns around but all i can see is its back and in the japanese writing on the bottom it says (xxx)(japanese signs)MIZZY(xxx), but when i type that in the box in the drawer, it isn't the right word, the box doesn't open, either zoomed in or not.
WHERE can i find the right password from the statue to type in the box??

HINT - In my case I could not open the safe until I had both pieces of paper. I could not open the drawer by manually going to the website, I had to click the website on the paper.

This game was difficult to begin, but finally, it appears to be easy, especially compared to other Gotmail games. However, I needed hints to succeed !
Walkthrough (excuse my english...) :
- white cabinet near the door : zoom in, move the brakes on the 2 wheels, zoom out, click on the cabinet to put it upside down. Zoom out.
- Click on the bottom of this cabinet, the door opens, take the ice pick (?).
- Bird cage : zoom in, open the door with the ice pick (?), and grab the bird.
- Look at the bird, take the piece of paper in it. Zoom out.
- Click the right part, middle shelf of the cabinet under the cage. You can see a book behind iron bars.
- Use the ice pick again, take the book and open it. Put the torn paper (from the bird), on the book, you get a 6 digits code.
- Turn around, towards the bookshelfs near the armchair. Click on the left of the upper shelf, you find a safe. Use the 6 digits code on this safe.
- Zoom out, open the safe, take the gun.
- Zoom out, turn to the left, click on the nine squares shelf.
- Shoot on the paper which is on the top (you can't reach it).
- Now, where has this paper fallen ? Turn left, click on the desk, then on the plant, then on the space between plants and desk. Pick up the paper plane and look at it.
- Click on the URL, go and see it : the code for the desk (4 digits) is at the bottom of the page (1218).
- Zoom out, open the drawer of the desk with this code. Take the statue.
- Watch it, turn it to see its back and scratch it this the ice pick (?). A password (nazotoziya) !!!
- Turn towards the door, open the middle drawer of the right cabinet, enter the password, click enter, as far as I can remember, you must also click the left slot, zoom out, take the key and get out !
the statue code wouldn't work on the box for me until I had clicked on the code after revealing it...

@thorlak: m= magenta, C = cyan, Bk = black, Y = yellow; that's the name of the colours of the buttons to be pressed .
How do you get in the laptop ? I am stuck with the statue; I got "black 5" (= number of letters for this colour) but I don't see how to use it....
