Insantatarium is another point and click type adventure game created by Oz Mafioso. What was happened to Santa? He need's your help! Santa seems to have been kidnapped and has awoken in a disgusting, gloomy and quite scary scenario filled with traps and interesting contraptions. TOP TEN WAYS YOU KNOW YOU'RE AN ESCAPE GAMER .....
1. You have to solve a slider puzzle on the door to get into your bedroom.
2. You keep your screwdriver under the couch.
3. AND, you keep the bit for the screwdriver hidden in a hollowed-out book in your library.
4. You keep the spare key to your front door frozen in a block of ice in your fridge.
5. The knobs on your stove are four different colors and they're all in different cabinets and drawers around the kitchen.
6. You regularly move the cat while it's asleep because it could be sleeping on something important.
7. When making coffee, you often find things you've hidden in the water tank of your coffeemaker.
8. You have at least one safe behind a picture in your house, preferably more.
9. You regularly find small objects when cutting open fruit.

after hes free you can click on cigarette next to drain on ground and lighter on drain pipe.then click on place wher his hand gets cut

You have to light the cigarette, then he will blow smoke and you can see the lasers that closes the thing on your hand. Stick your hand in when it's open.
Not sure of the button combo, I think I just got lucky.
once santa is smoking click on pipe wher the hand cuts.you will see red lines that keep changing.click on pipe when red lines are seperated to maximum

ok after u blow smoke on that hole or whatever it is and get ur hand cut then go to the door and try to open it then water pours in and u put the code in which is green right and blue left
ok,i did it by myself.now im on the part that santa turns light off.anyone knows how to follow?
after code the water flows out and u get a yellow thing on the floor. Use that on the door then u can open the small comartment to the right of the door and switch off the lights...then im stuck!

no no,you need to push red button on left and blue on right. then you get the key,wich you can use at the red spot on the door,then you can turn off the light,but im stucked there.

That light thing was tricky! I thought the light under the chair would give me a clue, but I had to make a guess and mine ended up being Red (L) and Green (R).

I've loved this game even if I died a few times in the beginning lol. I'd pay big bucks to get that Christmas music soundtrack playing in the back on CD. Amazing editing.

The code for the wall changes. Mine was Red on the left wall and Green on the right wall.
Aw this game was way too short. It was incredibly fun though, I hope it's the beginning of a bigger project.
this is my first time posting although I have come to this site for help many times. What irritates me the most is that you have to go through so many usless posts before someone has something intelligent to say. Who cares if you are first second or third posting? really. who cares if you have beat a game in 10 seconds? The whole idea of these sites is to help eachother figure things out. So like the old adage goes "If you dont have anything useful to say then shut the F&^#$ up!"

***Insantatarium walkthrough***
Pick up the large shard of glass by Santa's feet, then click his knees followed by his belly and then his mouth. Santa will use the glass to cut the ropes he's tied in and stand up. Click the cigarette to walk over and pick it up, next, click the lighter on top of the wall drain. Santa will light the cigarette, click on the laser contraption to blow smoke over the lasers to make them visible. Click to grab the key ONLY when the lasers are in an open pattern (meaning a hole in the grid to fit your hand through), it will switch through 3 patterns (NOTE: You have exactly 6 chances to get the timing right, last time will result in a missing hand).
If successful, you will now have a key and the lock will be highlighted by a glowing wreath. Click on the lock and the room will fill with water. The key to survival here (if you don't understand the puzzle right away) is to simply keep your air meter from depleting completely, you can do so by clicking the pipe on the left with the constant air flow (you'll see bubbles). The puzzle is actually simple, the light in under the chair will glow 1 of 3 random colors, you must mix the correct colors by choosing the colors on each wall. they are in the following order:
1 = red
2 = blue
3 = green
The puzzle will always follow this order, so for example, if your color was Magenta, then puzzle tile 1 (the puzzle tile on the left side) will be red (because it's #1) and puzzle tile 2 will be blue (the next color in line of the list. For those who don't understand, the answers are as follows:
Magenta: Red (Left wall) + Blue (Right wall)
Cyan: Blue (Left wall) + Green (Right wall)
Yellow: Red (Left wall) + Green (Right wall)
After solving, the water will drain exposing a key, pick it up and another wreath will indicate a lock to be opened. Next
WalkThourght Part 2
click on your pocket and you will find the last key and it will indicate a lock to be opened with the wreath, but not so fast! If you were to stick that key in the last lock without disabling the power first, you will be zapped to death. So click on the breaker box to your immediate right, it will open, click it again to shut off the power. Now you may proceed to open the final lock.
easy game ... just take enough air to stay alive :D and try out what color you need.
@ Tomcat - I disagree as well. I don't think the "WHOLE" idea of this site is clues, etc. We are "Playing" games here, and a little fun seems to be the logical partner of play!

BTW - I couldn't figure this game out even with the walkthrough - switched to Firefox and suddenly I could see the locks. I swear they weren't there on IE. Happy New Year!!
OMG!! That was awesome. Not the deepest escape game ever but I dont think that was point of it. I loved the darkness of it! That distorted Christmas music playing in the background with the guy screaming...Perfect!
