I cant get into game only training and then I can only get some of the way through training. let me know if anyone gets further.
I got further. :)
Once you complete training, it will take you back to the main screen. Use the arrows and Z an X to hop into the window and land on NEW GAME. Then use either Z or X (don't remember which) to begin. :)

I got through training eventually. Im inside the computer screen but am not enjoying this one. I might try it later on when I dont have the kids yelling in the background here. goodluck!

It is telling to use left/right arrow keys, but still the little man won't go in, just walking on top of it. What am i doing wrong here?

Not really my type of game, but here's a hint for those playing: if you wait for a few seconds without moving, a "screen saver" will pop up and there will be a floating ledge that can take you up and down the screen.

Oh and I got up on the Network Connections thing. Just had to jump the right way. But it doesn't do any good because I need to disable the firewall! So has anyone found his birthday???

If you change the date to any date previous to the green program expires, you will be able to open it... its an "internet explorer"...
Now, in my desktop picture, day is 4... Anyone found out where can we look the rest of the birth date?
Trying different combos for b-day. I can only see 25 (for the day) and looks like maybe the year ends with a 2. No luck yet tho.

aproach the wall ot the window and press up... when you get stuck to it press left/right, to get stuck on the outside of the window... then you can press jump to fall from there

What was the month and year of the b-day? I know the day is always different, but I'm sure the rest is the same. I'm stuck, and it seems I've tried everything. So either I have to refresh and start over, or I missed something. And the paper clip says there are no hints available. Any help?

You should reallylearn to play before dismissing it as crap.
I enjoyed the game but I am stuck. Here is a walkthrough to where I am. If someone can figure out the next step please post it.
1. Ride the screensaver to econnect. Restore the file in the trash then play Touch Me Not until you can see the high scorer.
2. Open e-connect and see the message from the Movie Club founder.
3. Open Mail.txt and there is a mail from Dmitri describing an attachment from your birthday. (I assume this is where you will be able to find your birthday to disable the firewall). The email is addressed to the_wizard@neomail.com.
4. Set the clock back and open the browser. Go to neomail.com. (The firewall has an exception for email). Try to log in as the_wizard.
This is where I am stuck. The password file says it should be (771 5317 34) ^ -1. There are no parentheses on the keypad so it is not a literal clue.
Some people seem to have guessed the birthday with trial and error but I am curious to know what this clue means.
The email password is encoded. It's the figures in the parentheses - look at them differently.
There's one website the firewall doesn't block. Once there, I don't know what to search for.

Thanks! The search gives a strange document. It can be spellchecked, and more text is revealed by leaping from the upper right of the window.
What now? I'll go back to hunting for the birthday.
Elmer - I'm lost on the email password. I tried looking at it in a different way, but no luck... phone letters, math, etc. Any other hint?
@Maura: use a calculator. Put the numbers in and turn the calculator upside down. Remember the spaces, though!

Anyone figure out the birthday?
Shawn - it looks like it changes each game... if you get into the email, search for an email that you find in explorer... download the attachment. Using spell check you can scroll all the way up and find a larger version of the picture with the birthday on it.
Anyone have any idea how to get to network connections? I've enlarge the icons, but no luck with any other windows getting me that high. Jumping from e-connect doesn't get me far enough.
Nevermind... got it.... and Out! And talking to myself!
Thanks for the help on the password. But now I also can't get to network connections. I assume thats where I need to be since the browser still doesn't work after disabling the firewall.
Oh.. Eventually I found the enlarge icons option. Out but I was hoping for a better ending.

to get on the higher icons go to the bottom left corner and wait a minute, don't jump until you get to the top.

ack! i cannot get over the the network connections..
the icons are bigger, i've tried every window available to hop over there..
and i've used the screensaver to get to the top onto econnect, but it won't let me jump over to it no matter how many times i try >.<

email user is the_wizard, email password is he lies ill, once in email search for "time machine" and quickly jump on the red loading bar that appears and follow it. a document will appear, jump on it and download it on the desktop. open the desktop and open the document, get inside the window of the document, press x, click spell check, jump on the red lines until you get to the top and you will find an image of your birthday with the date of your birthday.
other useful passwords: hume to change the date (root password).
If you want to open the browser to open your email you need to change the date and set it back so that the licence is still valid
