i put the cog on the other lift thing on the right and got to the other side but now i'm stuck, can't jump high enough to get onto top of well
and out :)someone needs help?

ok so all of you think it's easy, that's kool, but i still don't understand what to do. i used the lever several times and nothing happened to the cage.

Walkthrough
*take the wood
* use wood on cogs
*take the cog and put it in right place
*go left an through the lever then u can go through the ,,gate´´ next scene
*take stones and put it in fire place
*take the bottle from giant
*use bottle on barreled
give it to the giant get the key for cage save the prisoner and you´re out
michele u have to through lever to the right side than u can pass the gate use arrow key up
and use hand in your inventory
michele for cage u have to use a key the lever is only for the gate

I restarted Michele and read the instructions..of course the spacebar makes him jump!!...*groan*
martin, do you see a gate? I have the lever to the right. I put the cog in the right castle thing and i'm standing next to the left castle that has the prisoners above.
am i really dense or what?

conny if you're talking about the lift thing i did that ages ago. i was on the other side, but i couldn't get past the well to collect anything on the other side of the well and so i was asking how you make him jump over the well or onto the top of the well. to get to the right to get the stones
When you set the cog, the elevator block on the LHS starts to go up & down. Move to the left (to the lever) switch it from left to right, go back to the elevator, jump on it and continue to right. The gate looks like a well.

martin i did that, but when i get to the well its not down and then when i go back to check the lever it's on the left again, so i think that it might be glitchy for me. unless you have to advance in a short amount of time.....or else then the lever goes back to the left. should i just restart?

no the stupid white beam is still up. can u believe how much trouble i'm having with this stupid game. I told you guys i'm hopeless with arcade stuff (unless it's Galaga, or asteroids, then i rock:D)

okay solved the glitch. you are required to go through all at once.
if you stop to retry getting on the lift thing, the lever goes back to the left and you have to start all over again, that's why the beam always stayed up for me. got past now, but have to try again cause i didn't jump onto the grassy things after i went throu the well
michele do u mean the beam at the elevator?for it u have to put the gear at the right place and if u switch the lever u have to go through the wall the beam must have been lifted
Hi all. How do i get the cog? i can flip the switch to the right and the wood is there, but how do i use it? so stuck and havent moved from the first screen!
no conny, but that's alright. i'm thorugh the well, i just can't jump high enough toe get the stones so i'm going to quit. thx for all the help though
use the down arrow to choose the beam and then use beam on cog and it will roll out and you can then use your hand to get it
michele u canjump in the grass thing again where the gate is at than jump on the next one
thx conny, i know that i can, but i cannot click fast enough with my lap top to make him make it over to the grass with the stones, so i'm going to go find a game that has trash cans an a screw drivers :)
Michele, I had to be right on the edge ot the 'tallest' grass mound and press right arrow & spacebar at the same time and keep them down to reach the stones. It was frustrating trying to reach them though.

Yeah Conny, I had to try about ten times before I got to the stones...I was thinking of giving up then as well.

Okay, I don't know if anyone's still here, but if you are, can someone PLEASE tell me how to pick up the wood or do ANYTHING? I select the hand in the inventory, but when I hit the up arrow, the guy just shrugs. I don't get it.
