burner?

       Anonymous  3/30/09, 5:44 AM

Soda is behind the 5 tubes in the opening scene, click above them

Baking soda behind the testubes in stand. Click like hell to get a different angle. ;D

@ emme

Click on the wire, then on bunsen burner to put it in inventory

Have to go, back in 30 mins or so. Go on make some progress while I'm gone. :)

Got the Baking soda and put it in bottle. No further progress

u can put the pieces of paper together, right hand side of the periodic table. = 1917

thank gert

Herman, pieces together? How?

       Anonymous  3/30/09, 5:51 AM

1917 on the paper? what the hell does that mean??

A long time I´m trying to use this code but dont know where.

zoom in right side of the periodic table and then put the pieces on cabinet

I,m late as usual!

i tried green, yellow, green, green (1,9,1,7); wont work

got it, thx

Maybe Periodic table?

19= K
17= Cl

OR

1=H
9=F
1=H
7=N

       Anonymous  3/30/09, 5:56 AM

I thought about that, but we don't have either Kalium or Natrium((

Bunsen burner on middle cabinet (periodic table view)

Well I sure can't get the paper to stay on the cabinet. I have 4 small pieces and one large blank one.

why couldn't I put the pieces of paper on? there seems a small dot on the table...

I can't put the paper down, is it in the zoomed in scene where you can see the right bottom corner of the periodic table ?

NM, I finally found the sweet spot. Now stuck again.

Small papers have to go on cabinet.
Under 101-102-103 of periodic table

I just died...

abigail it goes on the edge of the cabinet

       Anonymous  3/30/09, 6:02 AM

i cant get the code for the padlock!!

I died 2 times....

Thxs Gert that helped. Was placing them on the cabinet instead of the wall.

I'm still not getting the spot but never mind, i'll move on to something else

Me too Gert.

got it !!

now stuck... time ticking :-)

Harvest, fill the empty test tube with water from the tap and pour it on the brown box under the black and white picture, you have to zoom in on it first.

Just died again. So lots of new time! :-)

19--K and 17--Cl
KClO3 can be used to generate O2

Thanks Abi

i think we want to open colour locker

5 digit code for door, from brown box, doesn't work?

Not for door James, for paddlock on one of the bottom doors

You're welcome Harvest. James, the 5 digit code is for the padlock on the cabinet, not the door.

LOL!! I just tried it on the combination lock!

any ideas what he pneumatic trough is for (shelf in 1sr scene)

pour the powder into the green bottle

The color code is making me nuts. I have a feeling the code has something to do with all the bottles sitting around. Also, if anyone announces "I'm OUT" I'll find them and kick that person in the knee, I promise.

i tried to open de color lock with the periodic table. 80 is red together with the color on the table of the numbers in the paper. nothing
i tried also the color of the tubes in the first scene. again nothing

come on @Abigile only 10,000 combinations of colour, hurry up an crack it

i'm out

hey sorry....

i can see your wiener karthic

why so many cabinets if there's nothing in there?

I was on nordinho, trying to find out if they are doing some progress. No they're not and i'm dead ! Again...

*hunts down karthic*

Mr Goof.... you're a goof LOL! Anyway, it's YOUR week to crack the color code so I don't die ;)

The third colour button from left have a different brown color than the rest. Don't know if it's helping us though!

There must be a screwdriver somewhere for the other door. It has to be in the color code cabinet.

@karthic are you kidding with abigail or are you really out ? Cos if you are... not funny, and if you're not... not funny

Thought maybe I'd cracked the door code. 19 = Hf and 17 = Hn giving a number of 17108 but there is no "0" on the door keypad. GGRRRRRR

Also the game table shows 108 and Hs, not Hn. I need to just stop thinking, it gets me nowhere.

i think to use acid colour in room.

My hand is starting to sweat in this glove.

Back. :)

I'm off on school run, I want answerers when I get back, else it's the naughty step for all of you !

Abi, Mine aswell.

hey i,m just kidding..........

not funny

dead again

I was thinking maybe the color code had something to do with the fact that sometimes you get the name of the mixtures (like ferrous sulfate is the grey thing in the testube) but i only get three colors...

I thought it was funny Karthic. Gert, you want a giggle? Karth is still stuck with the rest of us.

carotcuite, i tried that too

colour of four acid in papper hint.........

Dead again. Now I know how my cats feel. Am I the only one that has to refresh the page to start again because the cursor disappears when you die?

Carotcuite, I had the same idea. Can find four "names" but the colours don't seem to work in any combination anyway.

I have to refresh too

no, me too abigail

       Anonymous  3/30/09, 6:44 AM

you are not, abigail))

karthic, i'm not getting your hint, can you repeat ?

OK, I'm in good company then. I feel better.... well, I guess as good as one can feel being dead and all.

I did find another color, white with the amonium chloride under the periodic table cabinet but that didn't help

For the colour code: Write down the four numbers and click on every beaker you find in the room...
For some beakers will appear the name on the bottom black line of the game (where the descriptions appear)... input them follow the order of the list.

Karthic, are they the colours of the compounds in the beaker/bottle, or the acids related to them, say, HCl, H2SO4, H4NO3 and H2CO4? thanks!

err what ?? i'm feeling dumb. Don't give the color code but what list ? the four numbers you are talking about are 1917 right ?

Of course the order of the numbers thanks Chris

ok i'm crap at chemistry, haven't done any in 7 years... and i'm french so the last i had a chemistry lessonin english was more than 10 years ago. Help!!!!!

Still don't get it

When you are facing the table with the bunsen burner, put the piece of blank paper to the right of the pieces with 1917 on it. Don't click on the numbers or it will not work! Then put the blue liquid on it and 4 compounds will appear...

no sorry still didn't work..i must get it wrong

in the cabinet under the bottle, the component apears in the 3rd place. is it the list you're talking about?

Yay! Got it. Poured the liquid in the green bottle, but now what?

Yes it's the last compound in the list! I've explain before how to get it!!! It's a little bit hard, I swear...

aahh im about to die help!! Abigail loved your comment about glove, very funny. what do you do with the blue content in bottle?

Thank you Chris !!! I needed that step by step explanation. Now got glowing dew in my inventory !

Still don't have combination. Think I've tried all the rong combinations existing though...

Anyone figured out where to use the pneumatic trough?

put bottle next to B/W picture, see new hint.
I don't get it :(

I thought this would make:

gray
(dark) red
blue
white

But this doesn't work....

Gert, it's one of those games where you can't get the next step if you haven't found the clue so you need to do what chris's 126 comment says to get the color code.

Yey, got the door open ! Hopfully that will give more oxygen so i won't die as fast.

Po = 84 Ra = 88 = code for the door

Ahhh a whole new room... thought I was done!

I did all that. Still doens't gives me the combination.
Trief a lot of combinationss with the 1917, the first letters of the components, the colors of the table on the wall,...

nothing

Gert, it's grey, blue, dark red, white ;)

Gert, you put the white paper next to the numbered paper and poured acid on it ? And did you click on all the components (the blue beker on the top shelf, the grey test tube, the red beaker and the white on in the cabinet ? If that doesn't work i suggest you start again...

       Anonymous  3/30/09, 7:14 AM

what is the code for the door?(

got into next room, but can't figure out, how to open the locks there

I tried Grey, blue, dark red, white!
Guess I'll start over and try that again

finally, the color cabinet. now what?

Iim trying to find a tray to put the pnematic through in. Got the test tube on test tube stand xith potassium chlorate and manganese dioxide in it

dlya-dushi, do you have the dew in front of the black and white picture ? If so, then click the picture, it'll give you a clue for the door code

i guess the tray is behind the 5 digit padlock

can't open last cabinet :(
another 5number code needet

Manganese dioxide is not white... it is black? That must be a clue?

dead........again. Why can't I put the trough next to the b/w picture?!?

again, so many cabinet and nothing inside

       Anonymous  3/30/09, 7:20 AM

thanks, carotcuite)

dead again, but work is calling, so I try again later.
cu

Edd hates, the manganese dioxide i found was white.

I found two parts of a key and i can unplug the cathode thingy (i think it's a cathode) but i can't pick anything afterwards.

u can put the part of a key on the soap

So i see you went past the color code Gert !

I have got 2 white components in the test tube near the bunsen burner now.

I found the delivery tube, but have no way to connect this somewhere.

Guess I need the 5-digit code...

ooh.. where did u find 2nd part carotcuite?

what is the code for the door, pls?

First time i see a game were you find a key but there's no keyhole... Anyway, got print of key inside soap, just miss somthing to fill it with

Yep. Started all over and worked just fine now.
Got a test tube holder, test tube, 2 white components all connected over the bunsen burner.

But what's missing now?

       Anonymous  3/30/09, 7:29 AM

i found pan, it's under cabinet in second room looks like cd

2nd part of the pneumatik trough is beneath on of the cabinets in 2nd room (to the left)

find another pneumatic trough

Herman, in the second room, under a cabinet.

Gert, the thing to connect the test tube is in second room, on something that is plugged in.

Sorry... I meant to say... in reality manganese dioxide is black. The book in the cupboard says it is white... and the sample in the game is white? Odd?

Got that.
Filled the pan with water and put it near the bunsen

Can't put the pan/other part on pnematic next to the other stuff

Got it ! forgot to fill it with water !

First fill it with water. Put pneumatic shit in the pan.
Connect with test tube.
Goes boiling
5-digit number in pan after boiling (top-view)
Green acid in closet with 5-digit code

yay im out :) "you did it perfectly"

Erm... where's the key hole ?

and starting over again... :-(

I think I'm producing oxygen now... not sure what good it will do me.

There is a key part in the small dirty tray at the bottom right of one of the screens in the second room. That goes in the green soap in the first room.

use the copper to remove the metal plate on the door

Herman, where's the keyhol (feeling really dumb now). I've only got three minutes left till i die !

i'm gonna make a stop to prepare lunch. i'll come back later.

Thks Herman, stupid game, i couldn't get the copper before !

How do you make the rest of the key?

how do you fill the 2nd test tube (AND where is it) with the magnesium dioxide?

Edd Hates, you need both pieces. Read comment 169

I found the second paert, but nog the first part of the key!!!

nvm, got it now

Is it me, or does this game lack logic - as per most of 123bee's games? You have to do things in the perfect sequence, I can't pick up anything, and the 1917 code makes no sense to me at ALL.

Is there a walkthrough yet?

I'm getting tired of starting over and over and over.... I hate this glove, I feel like Jacko wearing only one and I can't find the second part of the key. Now my father in law is on his way over to sit and do nothing so I may as well come back to this later. Good luck all!

Can't find the second part of the key...
Also, despite finding the container for the water the first time, after dying, I cannot find it anymore! Despite knowing exactly where I found it last time?!

there is a complete walkthrough in the comments Heather. (not in 1 post tho)

Gah. I took forever to get the stupid glove.
Couldn't tell that my test tube had anything in it.
No idea why I had to pour it out to get a code.
No idea why I can't put the pieces of paper together in inventory.
Can't pick up ANYTHING else, have no idea why the few things I can do are necessary.
Why do you need a glove to unplug a Bunsen burner - when the flame is using up the oxygen faster than I am?
Grrr. Stupid game.

key parts. top part in the hole in second room. bottom part under right cabinet when facing door.

Manganese dioxyde is in the left cabinet (right door) but i had to do read the book before i could open the door).

Edd hates, buggy game, start over.

@Herman - thanks for replying. I can't figure out what order to do things in, and a lot of the comments are vague: "blue liquid" could be almost anything, and I don't know where it is anyway.

Little more help?

edd, see comment 167

Finally, thanks carrotcuite! Pixel hunting with a glove on is even harder!..

just come back from picking the kids up.
where precisely do I put blank paper
beside the 1917 paper please. I have
refreshed and refreshed, please help.

How did you figure out the first door code? The Po (80) Ra (88) one?

Heather, in order to pick most things up, you need the glove. If you have it then the blue acid is on the top shelf, the baking soda is behind the test tube holder (zoom in and click top of scene).
To put the paper together, you need to be zoomed in on the cabinet with the right bottom corner of the periodic table showing. Take the first bit of paper and place it just under number 101, the rest will just fit in. Once you get that, zoom out, put blank paper on the right, zoom in, pour acid. Click on the things corresponding to comment 142 and enter color code.
It only worked for me when i put the red last (in third position but go through the colors until it is red again and do that last).

I would write a walkthrough but i need to go.

By all, and thks for everyone's help

meme, zoom out and put it on the right of counter.

Heather, if you have the dew next to the b and w picture, then click the picture and it will transform into Po,Ra
