Don't know what to do connected the rope and handcuffs to the bars and looks like I'm escaping but it freezes and turns to another page...

nvm, I found it... I took off the hundcuffs and used them with the window, but now I'm stuck...

they are on the floor.. take them, open the window, and hang the hundcuffs on the bars

Click the right side, then the middle, then the right side again and then the middle. You may have to do that 3 times.

Keep clicking on the bottom bar, it will move twice and then you can remove it.
I had to open the window b4 I picked up the cuffs and ropes, otherwise it wouldnt open for me
