Ana i found it in the "classroom" on third flor, next to the closet ;)
found a note at the computerroom and a key at the drink-machine-thing.
Now going to find out were to use it.
found 4 keys so far and 2 papers

got three keys and a note, music is very boring, I am stuck
one key (from the floor near dark grey door) I used in second floor to poen computer room
ok found 4 keys 3 used 2 bits of paper, a phone and now stuck
second key (from the window) I used in room on the left from elevator door
I wrote all the numbersigns down, and i think they are a puzzle like math with an unknown(=X) that we have to find?

key for 3rd floor is in the 1st computer room on the 2nd floor. use the hook from the room at the far left on the 3rd floor to get the key from the 2nd floor pc room and head up to 4th floor.

once you click on the space between the desks you'll get a closer view. (i don't know if you have to have the hook highlighted or not, but it probably doesn't hurt)then with the hook highlighted click around the wires in there. a key will appear
dmlr. go to the 2nd floor computer room. look at the yellow arrow at the bottom of the screen. go NNW, 10:00, up and to the left, however you want to say it. right between the legs of the 2 computer desks.
Aargh.. I was in the wrong pc-room at second floor..

DMLR- you have a key with 2 arrows on the left side of your keyboard- above CAPS LOCK. this is called your TAB key in English- it will show you hot spots in the game.
I'm stuck on that damm comp. game, if I was any good at these things I'd play them and not escape games!!

I THINK gold key is in the 3rd floor room, half way down the corridor- key for that room in the wires in 2nd floor room- get with hook.
STILL on that damm game- hate them with a vengence!!
In order to get password you should solve all japanese riddle except a chess-memo.

the gold key i think was in the room on ground floor that you use a key to get in zoom in on the desk and the key is on the floor somewhere

u play the game in the computer room that u open with the key u find between the wires in another pc room

I'm sorry Angelica I didn't understand most of the posts above either- I had to just go round each floor checking the doors at both ends of the corridors. I'm afraid I can't remember where I used the 1st key. There is another key also, I think on the 2nd fllor window sill.
Derek there actually 2 rooms you can get into on the second floor. Your looking for a gap between desks placed back to back. The tab key works.
The comp. with that awful game is half way down the 3rd floor corridor.
radhu - I'm with you - I cannot find that elusive little gold key. How many silver ones are there supposed to be? I only found 3.
Radhu- gold key is in the room on the first floor- there's some writing on one of the front desks...
I cannot get into any room on the first floor.
There must be a 4th silver key somewhere to get into one of the rooms on the first floor. (?)

ty niff.. found the 4th key on the window sill in one of the corridors.. opened another room with that & guess what? i found the gold key!!! now i've opened the elevator & got the phone, put the battery in.. now what?
Ok I never got round to finishing it but I'm gonna start again for the keys. I WILL NOT be finishing this game- I refuse to play that bloody gane again

Now I finally got it -- thank you all!!!! I feel so stupid -- lol. I had everything but the key from the window sill on the 3rd floor to be able to get the door open on the first floor to get the gold key for the elevator...... tricky tricky.... :)
Radhu- Angela - Pooter just played again and the second key wasn't at the window on the second floor, it was on the floor next to the 3 doors. You have 2 in view and turn left to see a 3rd door- NOTE the postion of this key may change!!
am with u niff.. my item boxes r full.. but have no idea what to do with the phone now.. have got a paper from the pc after playing that awful game which says 090-4 triangles-4rectangles.. & me too refuse to play that stupid computer game again !! lol
Your right the one at the window is the 3rd floor- so Angelica you have another key on the second floor near the 3 doors- The first key opens the door peeping out of the pillar in the view with the blue bench seat on the 3rd floor.

guess 4th will work on the door next to the fire hydrant & thats where u find the gold key!

Scissors are the key for rooms.
And pc-code is 280. (Solve japanese riddles except RT=5 things.)
After you finished this game and read the credits, you can click Play again, to start the game with a little twist.

Radhu- just select phone in about item then the paper you got from the computer with the phone number you can't read and click the phone - your out!!

1st Key: In Vending machine on the right on the first floor. Use on 3rd floor, the second door on the right behind the pillar. Make sure to grab hook.
2nd Key: On second floor on the floor next to a door in a corner, use on this floor to open a computer room to obtain 3rd key.
3rd Key: On second floor in the computer room. Use the hook and zoom in on the front 2 desks on the left. Key is on the floor under the cords. Opens the door in the middle of the corridor on the third floor.
4th Key: On the window sill on the third floor while facing so that the windows are on your left. Use key on first floor to open door to the right of the fire extinguisher.
GOLD Key: Zoom in on the desk in the room you just opened and the gold key is on the floor. Use for elevator.

Thank you all for your help!!!!!! I decided to put the location of the keys because everyone had such a hard time trying to remember where they were and me on the other hand, just couldn't find them for the longest --- lol.

Can't combine plate with carrots. Also can't give both items to the green man at the front door or the strawberry guy on the first floor...

"sheep paper" is rabbit=4 horse=7 sheep=8 dog=11 tiger=? and I believe this is related to the zodiac so it should be 3. The other paper is There is: shoe, arrow, tree, meat. There isn't: sandal, bow, forest, vegetable. Good luck with that list...
Dejavu, do not worry. I know you can do it... my hands were shaking and extremely cold. I also hate those games but I finally did it after so many trials... I even had a real "dejavu" while I was trying to beat that machine. Once you win the computer game, you get the cord key which leads you to the battery of the cellphone on third floor. The last pulley on the game is the hardest... (very tricky: evade the peaks by moving the the cursor in a "v" shape), you just have to relax and think it is just a game... feel confident and you'll see!!!
