With the first level that is -- onto the second now.
Wow -- second level is a lot more tricky.
can´t find nr 4 on second level.
I can't find 4 or 24 on the second level.

18 is right above the door on the left.
18 is above door on brick wall.
8 I can´t remember....
8 is end of chain on ground
8 is the very right end of the chain on floor.
found 18 in the wall next to the door, and 24 is on the box on right, the top one
nvm found it...i looked at it 2 times

Stuck on the 19 in level 3 -- got all the others.
ok, now i need2, 8, 19 and 25
2 is on the white stripe of the cone in the middle. 25 is on the floor directly in front of the truck.
need 2 i mean

nr 17 is on handle of trolly I think
19 is on the cart on the left.

Teckhy - 8 is the color around the headlights on the left as you are looking at the front of the truck.

number 1 is on the sign with the 2 basket ball players in his shirt number 3 is on the red picture with the number 12 on it

3 and 12 on red sign in the back
4, 9, 10, 21 and 23 on score board
5 on the floor
7 on monster vs alines sign next to the red one
11 on blue sign in the back
13 and 24 on red ball sign on the right
14 on the square of the basketball thing where you have to score (sorry i dunno the name xD)
15 on coca cola sign
16 on gray sign next to the playstation one
17 and 19 on blue and orange banner
18 on black sign on the back
20 and 25 on the sign under the basketball players one
22 is on the left.. easy one

these games are actually getting quite good for a 123 game...couldnt get the 4 on lvl 2 otherwise out by myself:)

But i agree with you nottypomy, 123 number game is getting better every time. Can't say the same about the room escapes, cos earlier i had very disturbing experiences with those...
