"Analyze your power of observation by finding out the numbers which are in various forms. For each accurate click,score will get increased and for wrong click,score will get reduced. I think 11 on level 3 is on PX 7000 game box at bottom of box. Could you locate 6?

Level 1: Need 4 and 10.
nvm. Found them.
Level 2: Need 19 and 23.
nvm. Found 23 in wood on bottom shelf (hard to see). Had forgotten to click on big 19.
Level 3: Need 6 and 19.
Level 3: Found 19, need 6.
FINALLY, found that stupid 6 and cleared game. It's on the lower left "Bioshock" box at the top, a gray number on a white background.
