also take out left draw and you get a piece of wood.

how do I open the drawer
After you took the wooden piece from left drawer you can open right one, got a sort of device, needs the batteries.
Use wooden stick to open hatch.
rallie and lammert move the table and remove the left drawer.
I moved the desk under the hatch, took the draw out and in the back of the desk is a piece of wood, use it on the hatch to open it.
For wooden stick : Open left drawer, step back and click it again somewhere on the front. It falls out and then look into the empty place where drawer was.
HOW to remove??

I have a device now put batteries in it and hart card.
@lammert when moved desk, you get a close view of drawers. open left drawer, toom out and click open left drawer again. then it should pop out

to remove table just click on top of table.
after you put batteries and hart card in device you can use it in window view down left.
Now my device is stuck *sigh*
you can put remote in front of little black hole under window. but nothing happens. stuck
I guess the penlike thingy is a penlight, and there is a hot spot in the left side on the attick. But how to turn the penlight on?
im soooo stuck...
stuck with blank paper, penlight without battery, magnifying glass, wooden stick and remote.
need key for closet, try tu move switches above door, i think the sign beside mirror is hint how to press them - but they wont move yet,
also you get a close up view from mirror when desk is moved... stuck

I put both batteries into the penlight, went to the attick but it doesn´t work there.

Is the yellow thing piece of paper or cloth? Ive tiried to clean the mirror and windows but no luck.

me too, put 2 drawers in floor and in right drawer pliers
pulled out both drawers, then went crazy clicking inside them till the bottom of the right drawer popped open :)
I don't remember if I had the piece of wood selected or not before clicking...you might want to try that too

Now we can use the switches. But I have only one clue and that doesn't work.
Now i have ladder and can reach the thing above door.
changed switches like seen in magnifier under mirror mine were 3 squares: black - white - black.
With the ladder and you can move it above the door
when you have got the ladder from the attic you can put it in front of the door and reach the switch. Goes in certain order, don't know how yet

Once you've changed the switch to match the clue, the light goes on in the attic
got "club" card: used ladder to reach console above door. Flipped switched as shown in tiny image next to mirror. Then went to window scene and used remote on the tiny blue thing in bottom right corner to open box with card

Can't make the order of the switch so it's still dark in the attic. Any hints?
I used the key on the wardrobe, now key is greyed out but wardrope doesn´t open :(

Marjo, use the magnifier on the small spot right of the mirror
Order for lights is on wall next to mirror (use magnifying glass) Black = switch up. White = Switch down.
I got key from mirror i put it in the wardrobe but now my key is greyed out and can't open the wardrobe.
The little patch that you use the magnifying glass on (near mirror) is clue for the switches - mine was three boxes, first one black, other two white. I changed the switches above the door to match. Hope that helps....!

In the attic is another clue (magnifier). It doesn't seem to do anything for me yet...

The attic light is the three squares next to the mirror.

Now i have the light, but it was another combination as shown, i have just tried every possible combination of switches.
Mine for the attic was down up down
every time you play you have a different combination.
Sorry I can't get the light in the attic. I tried up up down. My clue was 2 white boxes and a dark one. Anyone have the sameplease?

For problems with light in attic - flip switches with door CLOSED. If you use the key to open the door first then it won't work.

Opened grey door and now i need a 4 digit code.
The clue to the wardrobe door 4 digit code is probably the characters we see when we use the remote on the clock. Japanese, anyone?

Even though this is a very, very difficult game, I must say I'm enjoying this very much. Nice looking, well made and fun to play.
Ok this is giving me a headache.. I still have a yellow key, a yellow cloth or paper, 2 cards and the key from downstairs. Did anyone use the yellow key?

I think we have first to put 4 cards into the 4 slots in the grey door to avoid that it goes up again all the time, but where are the other cards ?

Darn - light in attic is an issue. I thought that not opening the door first was the key - but now that I've had to restart, that doesn't seem to work. Is there a certain order of things?? Anyone else figure this out? Perhaps it's buggy.
I only have 2 cards the heart and club. have no idea where the other 2 are. no idea about the clock or how to open the grey door with the holes. i used remote downstairs and compartment came up empty

been trying to work out how to get a card from clock, when you use the remote on each of the hour is says something in japaneese, I think this might be a clue for the order of the cards in the door downstairs.
translator says,

Koralle did you find the compartment on the bottom beside grey door (left corner) ? The door opens after opening the compartment.

no stuck with the grey key to. The pen light used for batteries.
I have no idea what i did (changed the switches again)and now the grey door doesn´t come up again. And i forgot the former combination.

How should I set the switches to open the mirror? I have the card for that, but it seems that no combination works.
