Found matches, a blanquet, five notes, still missing one. And a bone that comes to inventory and desappears when I leave the room.
Well - I've got a blanket, matches, hammer, and three pages. I see the fourth page with the spider web but can't grab it - huge hole in the floor too. Next to the gaping floor is a symbol on the wall that lights up when clicked. There's a dino in the corner with a key.

I can't keep the bone for some reason. Once the light goes back out the bone is gone and I have to try to get it. Bug? or is the spider thing taking it back?

Well. The snake symbol on the wall makes a bridge somehow - I did it the first time by accident and now I'm not getting the right "code" I guess.

Light the candle and move the curser to the left away from the pic Then go over to the tools - grab the hammer (it's a cheat but it works) and move the hammer to the bone. The hammer disappears back to the box but the bone is under the curser. Then click the bone - it goes to the tool box too. Then -- go thru the web like a maze (upwards) and don't touch the sides to get out of it. I'm still working on it but that's the trick to it anyway.

Used the hammer near the black box and then i could get the key from the phantom on the wall. But cant find out where to use it.

If you zoom IE it's a LOT easier to get through the maze.. I've gotten the bone 3 times w/o waking up the spider but still trying to get back out, lol
I suck at getting thru the maze - I make it to the last turn and BAM -
OMG totally cheated the maze: zoom IE to like 200 or 400, drag it so the edge of the window touches the black part right by the bone, you can cross over the grey scroll bar right over to the bone, click the bone and back over the scroll bar, un-zoom back down to 100% and leave without waking the spider
Give up with the web....the dog poster gives the code for the snake dots..when you get the bone!
How do you zoom with IE?

Well...I got out but not sure what kind of end lol
At the bottom of Internet Explorer on the right corner it says 100% click it and go to 200 - I went to 250 (custom set)
okay, escaped but I never found page 5 of the journal. Guess I have to play again.
Ok I'm out with a score of 12 haha Couldn't find the fifth page
oh! just found the 5th page - there's one in every scene.
I used Iris's #19 cheat to get the bone except after the bone went into the inventory I left clicked and moved the pointer off the screen...I know, cheaty, cheaty.
Found all the pages, apparently I have to get an eye for the box

How scary is this? Anything jumping out at you or gory looking things? Just wanna make sure I won't have nightmares before I play it :P
so I sacrificed the eye before I got the 6th journal page, and the final End screen said "I guess it is a dead end... I'm bored... maybe I should read the journal..."
Thinking I didn't really finish the game (got bad end), I went back through again. But this time I did everything, got all 6 journal pages, read through them, sacrificed the eye and got the exact same message.
Is that the one-and-only end? Or did anyone else get something different?

If you like scary creepy games, this will not be too scary for you.
If you DON'T like scary games, this MIGHT be too scary. It depends on what gets you.
There is no gore (blood, etc), and the graphics are not so detailed that you'd see something terribly upsetting.
There are creatures, some startles, but nothing that just jumps out of nowhere and makes your heart skip a beat.
The creepiest thing is the soundtrack, which they did a good job on.
Although, it might be too scary for younger players.
WALKTHROUGH:
BOX scene:
get the paper from the wall, and the blanket from the floor
TABLE scene:
get the paper behind the rocks, and the matches under table
CANDLE scene:
drag the matches to the candle, and you'll see a spider web with a bone.
The web is a maze that you have to navigate to pick up the bone, and then get back out with it. If you touch the web, the spider takes the bone back and blows out the candle.
pick up the paper (without touching the spider web) before you leave
(to CHEAT: right-click, don't let go, drag cursor to the bone. then release mouse click. pick up the bone. then right-click again, and drag cursor to the 'safe' spot near the candle before you let go)
DOG scene:
get the paper from the wall and click big poster to see the dog
feed the dog the bone to get the code
count the number of points on each shape, and note their location
LOCK scene:
get the hammer under the pillar, and the paper on the rafter
TABLE scene:
use hammer on the lightbulb, take key from ghost
LOCK scene:
click arrow toward lock to reveal marking on pillar
click marking, and notice that you add green dots to each circle
make it correspond to the points from the dog poster code
FREEZER scene:
give blanket to kid, get knife, get paper from left side
use knife to get cow eye
read the journal, and give the eye to the box

To cheat the maze, move really close to the web, then right click your mouse and move over the box that comes up. Get the bone, right click again and get out. ;)
Can someone explain the snake code on pillar thing - I dont get it! I know it corresponds to dog picture but Im not getting it?? x x x

bryleigh22: yep, it is dead end. You got attacked and now stay in the darkness. the bonus is if you carefully inspect the journal papers, you will know that you are falling into a trap.
Does anyone know how to get the 'good' ending?
I cannot find any walkthroughs that actually have an ending that isn't the "dead end"
RoseDragon, I must say Good Job with this game. I truly enjoyed it. It wasn't too hard, wasn't too easy, it was fun to play and I like creepy/scary stuff.
But I have to ask about the bonus you mentioned. I went back and played again, read the journal pages, and missed the hints about the trap. Although I suspected the box wouldn't really "let me free" since it hadn't for anyone else, I'm left wondering what I missed in the journal pages? Also, is there an alternative ending that we all missed?
Is scoring a 13 a bad thing? Well it says if you score higher than 12 you get a bronze medal.. oh well, at least I tried and finished..
I really hated the spider maze.. it took me many tries in order to get that dog bone.. who puts a dog bone in a spider maze anyway??? hmmmmmm

RC: compare the dates between journal 1-5 with journal 6. Isn't the date of journal 6 looks fishy? :)
