It's rather funny but the last scene with the bridge is hard. I miss four!!

All dead. If you first zoom with the rifle it's more easy.

i cant find the last guy for the bridge scene
I cant find sniper 1 on the first level
for me the last one as at the right foot of the bridge (left of the two bright lights).
is anyone else stuck?

I can't find the last two on the third level for the life of me.
CITY STREET--lv1 (from left->right)
-roof of green house
-(tan/brown)brick house(with hotel sign)on roof
- on neon blue HOTEL sign of that tan building
-going immediately down, follow the sidewalk(he is next to corner of bush that surrounds the statue)
-from the tan hotel, go two houses back to a purple building. 3(small) are on-top of the roof
-at the end of the street, viewing tall blue building, he is out-in-front, next to what can only be described at small trees(?)
-see second electric pole to the right(going back), the yellow building next to it,on the roof
-looking all the way right, he is the one closest to you, at the bottom of the building of the first green house.
Level 2
- On the left roof in front of the H of Hotel.
- Left/down on the third pole.
- Middle/down, above the boat, first green window of the second row from above.
- Same building, green window on the right, third row from above.
- On the boat to the right.
- On the roof of the second building from the right, next to the red letters.
- On the roof of the smaller scyscraper in the middle (the one left of the building with the green windows).
- Big scyscraper left, left window, fifth row from the top.
- Big scyscraper left, right window 15th row from the top.
- Big scyscraper right, top window.
TRI-TOWERS--lv2
-at bottom, locate the blue neon HOTEL sign. he is in the H
-in the first tower, first column(of three)5 rooms down, in second window
-down on docks, right below the middle of the windows(of that tower)follow column two down
-third column, thirteenth floor down, first window.
-moving on to the second tower,follow clumn two down. he is on the roof of a short white building next to a red gas station roof(?)
-the third column, move down to see a building of green windows. he is in the second window directly below
-moving on to third tower, second column on top floor
-second column down, in green-windowed building, three windows down (of that building)
-bottom most, see double-rowed blue windows of the last ship. he is on the top.
-the short building off of the third tower, with a red sign on top, at the end of the sign.
Level 3
- Right foot of the bridge.
- Left foot of the bridge.
- Little black door, bottom of left tower.
- Second part of left tower, left window.
- On the top bridge between the two towers.
- On the roof of the right tower, not really on top but just above the top bridge.
- On the roof of the little tower on the right.
- Bottom of right tower, on the lower bridge.
- On the left side of the right tower, on the balcony (second row of windows).
- On the same height (second row of windows), but now the windows on the right side of the right tower.
BRIDGE--lv3(left->right)
-in first window above tunnel, of first tower,second face
-guarding the back entrance of tower one,second face.
-on the first foot of the bridge(support for tower one)
- on overhanging blue crossbeams, connecting the two towers.
-at the entrance of the second tower's tunnel
-second tower, second story, first face,on the balcony
-second story(same floor as the guy above) in the first window
-on the roof of the second tower, the spire where the first and second face meet, he is left of this spire, in the eves(in between spire and a set of windows)
-second foot of bridge
-on the exiting arc of the bridge, on the roof, next to white light
