Click to the right of the locked chest
Get the IC card
Look at the card in the about item view and click either the upper left or bottom left corner
Get the coin stuck to the back
Click the bottom of the door and get a coin
Turn right
Look out the window and see you need 5 coins for a key
Turn right
Click between the stereo and the right speaker for a coin
Turn right
Click the above the purple book to find a coin
Click the top right corner of the boy ghost picture to get the last one
Click the brown box on the bookshelf to get the ghost food
Turn 2 times
Feed the ghost and then give him the coins
He will bring you the red key
Turn left and use the key to get the code
Click the box on top of the locked chest to see the place to use the keycard and the code
Get the blue key to use on the door
You are out!

extremely easy, except that i got screwed over at 1st by using the card too early, making the 5th coin lost forever :/ after wasting 15 mins trying to find that last coin i looked here and found out it was on the back of the card lol, kinda sad i wasnt able to get out without that bit of help, especially since this was a very easy floor... shoulda checked the card 1st!
