A Happy New Year Greetings Card 2010 Walkthrough by SneakSnake:
E (grey) on hanging paper with Japanese characters. Go right.
E (brown) is the right part of the fence in the back. Go right.
W, use the pickaxe on the ice, take the fish and take the W (white) from the fish. Go right.
Y, turn on the heater and Y pops out.
A (green), open the left door of the closet. In the top of the christmas tree. Go right.
N (grey), on the yellow pig/cat/dog (?).
A (grey) on the left ear of the cat (right ear for the viewer. Go right.
P (pink) on the pot of the left plant.
P (yellow) on the top flower of the right plant.
Open door, enter new room.
Y (grey) on the green part of the bench (bottom a bit to the left).
Back to first room. Go right.
H (brown) frame of the right window.
R (white/yellow), click on the right pillow, use the matches on the oven and it pops up on the first cup. Go right.
A (grey) behind the yellow cat.
Click the cat. Go left (2x) and click the door and enter and you're out.

One of the was part of the brown fence. I think the other might have been in a window.
Just checked. One on fence, one on Japanese writing on wall.
