Found a razor blade and cut the camera wire and now I am stumped :(
@Janet there are 2 cameras.
You can't do anything until you cut both.
All of the other comments are now under the text walkthrough link above. I'm not sure why.

I found this game easy once someone pointed out the obvious -- I missed the second camera. The navigation is touchy in this game.
Your card is stuck in the left ATM
Zoom in on the number pad and notice the screws
Back up and notice you can also zoom in on the right ATM’s number pad
Back up and turn left
Zoom in on the lines across the door of the left phone banking booth
Zoom in again so you are just looking at the top line on the door -- get the razor blade
Back up
Notice the locked panel at the bottom of this booth
Back up so you can see both booths again
Zoom in on the door of the right booth
The white cable on the right of the screen goes to a security camera
Zoom in on the gold part where it goes into the wall -- use the razor blade on the gold piece
Back up 2 times and turn left
Note the star on the wall and the panel next to the door that needs your ATM card and pin
Turn left
Note the star on the net banking screen
Turn left
In the left corner of the screen, there is a second video camera
Zoom in on the gold part on the bottom of the cable and use the razor blade
You can now do things in the ATM booth. Yay!
Back up and turn right
Zoom in on the net banking screen and take the star (don’t ask how)
Back up 2 times and turn right
Zoom in on the star on the wall and add your star piece -- get the key
Back up and turn right
Zoom in 2 times on the locked box at the bottom of the left phone banking booth -- use the key and get the pliers and screwdriver
Back up 2 times and turn right
Zoom in on the left ATM’s number pad -- use the screwdriver to open the panel and use the pliers to cut the wires -- get the circuit board
Back up 2 times and repeat this on the right ATM panel to get the second circuit board
While still zoomed in, take the circuit board from the left ATM machine (left in your inventory) and place it in this machine
Use the pliers and then the screwdriver to fix the machine
Back up 2 times and repeat this process with the left ATM to repair it
While still zoomed in, get the receipt from the ATM slot below the screen and push the red button to get the ATM card back
Back up 2 times
Click the receipt and see the last 2 numbers of your pin
Hmm…we still need the first 2
Turn left
Zoom in once on the door of the left phone banking booth
Now click the remote for the AC unit
Back up 2 time and then click the down arrow once more to turn around
Zoom in on the AC unit over the skimming warning poster
Click the AC remote and hit the power button in the center of the circle
Close the about item view of the remote and see the new numbers on the AC unit
Back up and turn right 2 times so you are facing the door
Zoom in on the door panel
Use your ATM card on it
Now click where it says enter you pin and use your keyboard to enter the numbers
Click Okay

Note: I do not recommend setting your pin based on the room temperature. It is known to change based on the weather.
