I would give anything if they would stop putting baby games up here. Finding the numbers or alphabet games are just not for me. They used to put good games up here, but it's getting worse.

Jadefox, we post other category games when there isn't any escape game around to play. If you don!t want to see them, just click to "Room Escape Games" category. And i know some visitors on EG24 like hidden object games. Anybody may like different things. Please don't think that everybody is same =)

alkmar : thanks but i don't really get the interest of this kind of game. If you don't want to go blind, you got to use the zoom mode of you internet browser. Some numbers are just impossible to see without it.

However, i agree about that Gazzyboy Hidden Number games aren't playable because of the lense and seperate place to click. I emailed to them about these complaints. And we will not post their Hidden Number games till at least they make the lens movable and clickable.

k, so i didnt play this game, but i stumbled upon these comments and have a few things to say.
1- i also agree that yalcin is totally right, i dont complain or ask him to stop posting these, i just choose not to play them if i dont like them, i know lots of people do like hidden numbers games, and it can pass the time when theres no escape games. escape games take more effort to make than hidden numbers games too usually, so thats why they cant be mass produced as easily!
2- once in a while i do get bored enough to try a hidden number game (like i did with that flash512 one). having played a few of them, i can totally say (and i have said it a lot before), that i think the gazzy ones are the worst, because of the reasons yalcin listed. ive stated this before though, but just saying it again since the mood was set for it :P
3- excellent site yalcin, in my (and others) opinion you have the #1 escape game site on the internet! :D ive been to other sites but this ones the biggest and best for games of this genre, no one else even comes close!
and thanks to you guys for putting my game up, hopefully i can finish my sequel too one day, i know everyone is waiting for it... its gonna have more rooms than dream house lol

i just read your walkthrough museum blog now, and i loved it! im happy to see some entries of mine made it into there, i didnt think id have very many, if any, since sneaksnake is the real "funthrough" artist here. btw i never noticed that 123bee armory escape one (very bottom entry) existed until i read your blog... that was bloody HILARIOUS, and a totally accurate reflection on how 123bee games are LOL!

I am a newby at leaving comments on this game site (my fav). As a novice player, the comments posted by other players are very helpful to complete and enjoy the game but please try to limit your comments more closely to the game at hand instead of droning about how boring (or easy)the game is for you. Try to remember that others may have problems with the game and look to your comments for guidence. Thank you.
well babrid, i like to think player feedback is very important, and part of the reason we have comments is to say what we liked or hated about a game. also, the game makers probably read these comments and (hopefully) take into account our opinions, and if something is too disliked (gazzys "different" system for number find games), then they might do something about it and change it for the better. if no one speaks up, it is a guarantee nothing will happen.
as for commenting that a game was too short or easy, or boring, we have the right to our opinions, and i think if there is any place to talk about our opinions, it should be here. would you say the same thing to those giving praise to a game? to "please try to limit your comments"? i think we need to be able to speak our minds, and give praise to games that deserve it, and to vent when we dont like a game, its only human after all, and its not really a problem because there will always be a walkthrough at the end anyways, so usually you can just skip to the end to find it, without having to read all the comments.
that said, many people like myself here enjoy reading the comments for the sake of reading them. to most of us its not all about the game, but the comments page that make playing games on this site more enjoyable than other sites! the people here can be funny sometimes and that is 1 big reason why the comments pages here are fun to read even when ive beaten the game or dont need help.
@barbid35, welcome and pleased to see EG24 is (one of) your favourite(s).
I do agree about disliking the comments about how easy or bad a game is, when it's not finished and there is no walkthrough yet. In the same way I do not like comments like I found this or that and First or I'm Out without telling where it was found or how to get out.
Nevertheless, when there is a walkthrough or all the items or what where to use is given I think people should comment what ever they like. After that it's not annoying but quite amusing.
Didn't see your comment while writing mine @Suicune and I do agree with almost everything, but like I said; after the game is finished and when there is some kind of walkthrough or tips how to finish the game.
I agree with both of you @suicune and @SneakSnake. Saying that I realise that there is no walkthrough here yet, so I might just do one. If I see a new game that isn't live anymore often I look for peoples opinions about it before I start to play. In that case I know if the game is short, long, buggy or just impossible because of a language barrier.

lol when i type "yay first" or "OUT!" does that bug you? i notice TONS of people do it so i decided i might as well too, since i personally have nothing against people who do that, it doesnt bother me. i can totally understand wanting to tell people you got out, but naturally IF you are the 1st out, then you have to help others get out too. i always try to help if im 1st out, and most other people here are pretty good with that too from what ive seen, so its not an issue with me.
i will wholeheartedly agree that it is annoying when someone says "out!" and doesnt stick around to tell how or help anyone, and also when someone says "got screwdriver!" but doesnt tell where or how. the majority of people here do tell though, so thats a good thing.

yay first, doesn't bug me, that's too big a word. I think it's useless and I will never place a comment like that, but that's just me.
Back then, when I was just a lurker, whenever I got stuck I went to look at the comments. Then it did annoy me a bit to scroll over all the useless comments to find a piece of information and in that way I can see where @barbid35 is coming from (although I think it's a little bit presumptuous to place a comment like that as a newby).
But anyway do place every comment you want it's just my utopian EG24-world where people just tell where they find things and how to use them and funny comments later.
But then again @Ellie has got a point (I didn't think about) as well. You can use the comments to see if a game is good, bad, funny or whatever.
But anyway again, I don't know anymore. I think @barbid35's comment triggered me to show my feelings about comments about I found a screwdriver or something without mentioning where it is found.
But let me make one thing clear; There are no hard feelings what so ever. I really do like playing with all of you and joking around a bit in the comments.
you know, i completely didnt think about that either until ellie mentioned it. that is a good point. back when i was quitting gazzy games but hadnt TOTALLY forsaken them, i used to check peoples comments to see if the general appeal was good or bad, and if it was really good then id try it. so yes, that is a good thing that can come from people saying "good game" or "boring game"- some people look at other peoples judgements before opening a game.
