lol i escaped AND wrote a walkthrough in 4 minutes after i found this game, and in 6 minutes after the 1st post, thats gotta be a record :D
Walkthrough of the way the Game is Really Played:

1. see new game and load it
2. post comment:
drum fingers waiting for comment to post
get message that says "your comment could not be processed, please try again"
try again
drum, drum, drum
get preview of comment, even though you don't need it
click "post comment"
drum, drum, drum
see comment appear as post
3. Play game:
click, click, click, click, click, click and out
4. Repeat step 2

id love to see the next dream house come out. i think its what we need after this joke of a game lol.
i played dream house yesterday so i could see if i could get any ideas for my game, since im trying to make 1 with at least as many, if not more areas than dream house (yes im probably aiming TOO high). i love dream house so far and its too bad theres not more games like it around. didnt finish it though, but never needed help so far yet either, got 2 diamonds on my own.
@Suicune, I finished it, but with help for the last diamond, I think I never would have tried what was required (unless by a misstake because being bored of not finding it). I loved it as well!! More games like that, please!
@zoz, I couldnt help noticing that your step 3 was a shortcut. This game actually recuires a whole fifteen clicks to get out...lol!

@suicune, where can i find this game "dreamhouse"? Sounds nice.
do a search for "dream house" on this site using the search bar.
its supposedly the most epic escape game ever, and has a TON of rooms to explore and unlock. it currently has about 1350 comments on it, no other game on this site has even near that many comments that i know of (although mine did get about 750 lol). dream house is a legend around here for sure.
i have yet to finish it myself but 1 day ill get around to it.
you know what i just realized.
this hero escape game was made by the SAME PERSON as lucky money (you can find it on thier site too)... no WONDER it was extremely short!
@Hil: kitkatfox did a wonderful walkthrough for Dream House, so it's possible to escape without reading all of the 1350 comments. But I recommend you to try it on your own first.

yes thats good advice, i too am refraining from the walkthrough (and even the comments) unless i absolutely have to, because i dont wanna ruin the experience.
btw ellie, in dream house, i sent the girl into the secret tunnel in the kitchen, what would have happened if i went in there myself? dead?
indeed, i have played it before. Didn't realize i didn't finish it that time, thought i already escaped. Can remember that i liked it, but don't know how far i came. So i think tonight, if there's no nice new escape game, i'm going to trie that one.

i sent her in but there was an option to go in myself and since i already saved past it i wanna know what would have happened if i chose to go in myself instead (without replaying) lol
I remember that in some of the comments people got stuck in there, couldn't return. (Yes I read all of the comments after i played).
In this game it is possible to get to the end in different ways. If you don't send the girl in, you'll get the thing from her later on in a different way, and so on.
There are also multiple starting points in this house, that confused people a lot from the beginning.

i must have been extremely lucky and found a bug that let me escape, because surely this extremely impossibly hard game could not be that short!

@suicune...i played dream house several months ago but i'm thinking about revisiting the game that took several days of my time to complete :) it is a great game!!!!
