I've managed to find the left earring, flower ring, bracelet and gold ring.
Have an energy drink I can't put back, an unsharpened pencil and a black piece of paper.
Found a key that got me into the basement, but all I was able to do in there is find the ring and break the H key on the keyboard.

@Meghan, thanks for mentioning where you used the key. I couldn't figure it out.
I sharped the pencil and then opened up the paper to write. It hovers for a moment and I typed "Hello" just to check.
It wrote "He" on my paper and now the pencil won't go to the paper anymore.
Goodie, this should keep us amused! Dont forget that you shouldnt fill up the inventory, just the stuff you need.....

Hahaha! I opened the little window at the top of the window and tapped at the bird. A little guy showed up at the bottom and waved. Then I tossed the energy drink out the window.

Where is the pencil? Can´t find it nowhere
Use the knife on the coconuts to get the bracelet out of one of them.
pencil is on the frame of the picture with the cactus, one earring is on ear of woman in picture
The pencil is on the frame above the couch.
The bracelet is in the coconut, the left earring is on the painting next to the tree, the necklace is in the fish, ring in the freezer, ring in the basement on the shelf.
I seem to be stuck now.
Dont forget you can right click and zoom...helps with getting the necklace out as you have to click the tip

Ah, got the other ring...in the tree view, click on the curtain rod. It's on there.
Ok, pushed the box to the right, grabbed the ladder, got up on the bunk and I can see the earring, but the pillow drops too fast for me to catch it!

Stormcat, use your hand, not the knife, and click the tip sticking out the most, every time. It'll work it's way out.

All I have is a letter, cosmetic box, knife, pencil(sharpened), champagne, energy drink, picture frame, pot holder, necklace, ring, flower jewelry-thing..

in the cocounut's tree click the end of the curtain rod and when it's out click fast in the last ring and that's the left ring missing
Anime Princess: The paper is under the table cloth. You have to pick up everything, then remove the tablecloth.
I now have all the jewelry and not sure what to do next.

Put the ladder in front of bed, go up, click lamp first and than the pillow for the last ring. It´ll fall down in one of the drawers but can´t semm to get it

Chelsea: I can't seem to pick up the energy drinks at the door either.
They always have one of these difficult move and grab items.....I usually give up, as I am never fast enough. Even with zoom....

Well I cant get the last earring off the bunk bed...checked the fish, pencil, knife, can, coconut everything, and still cant catch it...what a messy bed!!

@xana, you have to put the clothes into the box by clicking on the lid to open the box. After that you can move the box to the right.
Make sure you tuck everything into the box and then you can move it..
redroobar: Make sure to click on the lamp to push it up once you're on the top bunk. It'll make the pillow drop slower.
Then click on the earring, it'll drop down, click it again, it'll drop to the 2nd drawer from the right

Ok, click the ladder at the left bottom part to move it in front of the bed
After putting the ladder, click on the bed itself just above the ladder, than remove the lamp and find a picture and the last ring under the pillow
Still no drinks at the front door!! Doesnt want to visit me!!
redroobar, you might have to drink all the energy drinks in the fridge and then throw them out the window before someone puts drinks at the front door

I drunk the last energy drink, tossed the empty can out the window, than opened the door, noticed delivery but couldn't pick it up. My girl is extremely weak -.-
To pick up the crate outside the door, empty your inventory as much as you can. I think I had to get rid of almost everything before it would let me pick it up.
I wrote the letter, made a plane, threw it out the window, but the bird chirped and then plane turned right back around at me and I can't open it or anything.
Also, STILL can't pick up the crate.
Getting frustrated.
Even tried restarting.
I joined the game quite some time ago.
Anyway, how to get paper plane out of the window? The bird keeps hitting it out.
And something freaky - i tried closing the window but the plane passed through the window.

i found out how: throw the champagne out of the window. The champagne will slide down the bird and catapults the poor bird away!
Hillda I have the same problem too... I wrote "Hey Hubby" (nothing more) and then my pencil became plain and I can't sharp it again with the knife :(
I threw the plane out the window but it came back with no numbers. Then I tried to throw it out the door, and it didn't look like anything happened. But when I tried to throw it out the window again, the window wouldn't stay open. I looked at the plane and there were numbers on it. The numbers didn't work on the safe so I had to do it all a second time. Safe is open now, but still can't get out.
Full: The blank paper is under the tablecloth in the kitchen. Open the paper, click the pencil, then type 'Hey Hubby! What is the safe code?'
Then fold the paper into a plane and toss it out the window (the front door has to be closed or it won't go out the window)
Now I just need to figure out how to make it go out the window and come back with #s

AAAAHHHHAHAHAAA my laptop has another type of keyboard, it shows that exclamation point is on number 4, but now I had to push number one and shift... I didn't know that it's a difference too between european and american keyboards:D
bring paper up, highlight pencil, and then make sure to use shift key to do exclamation. i remember it took a while before it worked for me

I placed the money and this autographed thing in two flaps I cut out and closed it. It gave out sparkles. What does that mean?
so, you have to put the money AND the autographed picture in the cosmetic bag. tear it with the knife, then zip it up

yeah, it wasnt a bad game. i mean, it certainly had its time like with that keyboard nonsense and how ya had to figure out that you had to cross out the first code they gave you. it wasnt the most logical at times but cant complain of all of these games ive played

That was a good game but I would never have been able to get necklace from fish had I not read your suggestions and i had absolutely no idea that I had to close suitcase and move it to get ladder. It did seem suspicious to be there but the other things were easy to find so I didn't give it much thought. Basically, as usual, I got out with help... :)

JEWELS.......
Turn alarm off!
Read note and put it back.
Take cosmetic bag and see you need to find jewels. Re zip bag.
EARRING 1
Tuck everything in pink box and click left side to move it over.
Take ladder and go on top bunk.
Click lamp back and click between the slats to raise the pillow. See earring!
Click earring and AUTOGRAPHED PHOTO. (Zoom right click to make it easier).
Earring falls to near top of ladder, click and falls into a drawer. Need to go down and remove ladder.
EARRING 2
View of window. Click palm frond on left and see palm tree. Earring in picture.
ENGAGEMENT RING
View of palm tree. Curtain rod end comes out, slide curtain to left and ring on the end of the rod. (Suggest you zoom again)
FLOWER BROOCH
Kitchen in freezer. If you leave the door open, it beeps!
NECKLACE
Take knife from table and fish from fridge.
Slice end of fish and see gold sliver. Clicking the tip several times to pull it out. (Zoom)
BRACELET
Palm tree coconuts and knife from kitchen
WEDDING RING
Need to get to the basement. BLUE KEY under a cushion of the sofa.
Enter basement and ring on shelf support.

I can only write 'he' on the paper. I can't get the pencil to go big any more. I tried sharpening it again but that didn't work. Am I missing something?
@Sparkle think it happened to me too (don't remember clearly), but I think I still could type after a few tries and without the pencil being big again, but not sure.
WALKTHRU part 2
PENCIL
View of couch. In the frame of the painting.
Sharpen it with your knife.
BLANK PAPER
View of kitchen. Under the table cloth.
Take all the things, take paper and put the other stuff (your inventory is not that big).
3 ENERGY DRINKS
View of kitchen. In bottom drawer.
Open and use them (one at a time) in the basement to move the bags away from the save.
Everytime you did one bag, throw the empty energy drink can out the little window (couch-window view).
There are 3 energy drinks and 4 bags, but because you threw the empty ones out, you get new ones.
NEW ENERGY DRINKS
View of kitchen. Open fridge and open left bottom drawer.
View of exit door. Open door and there are the new ones. You can take them (they go in the fridge) because you left the fridge and that drawer open.
Now use a new energy drink for the last bag in the basement.
SAFE WITHOUT KNOWING THE NUMBER
You don't know the number yet.
You have to send a message to your friend.
MESSAGE
Blank paper, put pencil on it and type (with your keyboard):
hey hubby! What is the safe code?
Don't forget the ! and the ?
Make a paperplane with that paper.
MESSAGE OUT
You have to throw your message out of the little window, but the bird is in the way. But you have to try it once.
View of kitchen, take bottle from fridge.
View of couch and window. Throw bottle out (if not working tap window a few times or throw plane out first), throw plane out, leave and come back. The plane is back with a number (different every game).
SAFE WITH THE WRONG NUMBER
Put the number in the safe, zoom out and click the safe. It won't open. You have to hear the woman saying F**K.
After that you can cross out the number on your plane and throw it out the window again. Go and come back and the plane is back with a new number.
MONEY AND HELMET
Put the new number in the safe, zoom out and click the safe to open it. Take the money and the helmet.
Whoops....just noticed the time 12 am.....sorry got to go and get lunch ready....can someone finish this!!!!

Open your bag and use your knife on the dark lines to make a place for the autographed photo and a place for the money
Close those two places and close the bag
View of exit door. Go out and you're out.
If you can't go out, maybe you've left things open or lights still on.
