lets try it

Hi all!!

Hi!! Ill go back to color room later.

loading ....very slowly

My TNT explots in my inventory

geez, this posting sucks today.
Hi there Suicune, good to see you.

hi all

oooo I finally caught one live! Hello everyone! Let's get this ball rolling...

hi everyone...I'll go back to the color room one later also

Have oil can - left lower bush
2 pieces of paper from left building, 2 views
Scissors palmtrees upper left.
You can click on the wood on the right house.

got scissors, oil can and piece of paper.. there's something under the big boulder but I think we need to move it... looks like a gun?

Use oil in paper.

found scissors,paper with codes,and a oil can,i think

Can not take rock upper right corner, can not take wood behind right house.

Where put code paper?

ty @Edgar

Did someone mention TNT? Where is it?

combined 2 pieces of paper, put it with the oil can and some symbols have appeared on it

use power drink to get crowbar then use that to get the screwdriver. as expected cant figure out this easy looking code though :/

LOL @Suicune
I dont even have a power drink

       Anonymous  2/1/10, 11:51 AM

Can only find one piece of paper - I've seen both views of that house :o(

you can click on all the planks of wood on the side of the house.... do we have to put them in some paticular order?

@Suicune, please where is the power drink?

Not gonna finish this one, don't like these ones that much. Going back to the colorful room to see if there is more.
And yeah it's good to see you again @Suicune (btw. I wrote a comment in that Hajimemashite game).

yeah, gimme some.

       Anonymous  2/1/10, 11:52 AM

Oh no - found the second paper - I wasn't scrolled across far enough and couldn't see thw hole thing ..LOL. Teach me to get a bigger screen....

need some power, where is power drink plz

By the way, the power drink is on the bottom left rock, behind it.

@Mary look closer, they are there

Sorry bottom right.

SD?

ty @Sneak

it was behind the rock, kinda pixel hunty, sorry about the late reply i was trying to crack that cdode on the side of the house (but to no avail yet)

Cut power drink with scissors before clicking it. Then lift wood behind the house.

No problem @Suicune lol

OK. Now we all have crowbar and ...SD/chisel/arrow or whatever that is.

that thing surely is not a screw driver

Im not sure what to do with the SD?
Has anyone used it or is it code solving time?

I think it's a "remo" Edgar

Papercode is code for wood on house backside

its not a screwdriver its an oar, and it goes in the boat

i do not know the english word for it but put it on the boat

I put "no SD" on little ship

Number of egde is the number of planks per raw

an oar, yes! lol
thanks cece.

@Ellie i think that's actually an oar for the boat, lol

       Anonymous  2/1/10, 11:58 AM

I think it's an oar - it goes in the boat.

@Fienchen what's the code? I can't figure it out :(

the code looks like it should be

3408
6536

but of course its not so easy as adding them up and clicking the appropriate planks on the wall

So, it wasn't a SD after all lol

       Anonymous  2/1/10, 11:59 AM

Whoops sorry forgot to refresh - everyone is way ahead of me!

Maybe shapes of figures is for code?

Darn it!! I missed a lot of games cause they left the Island Escape game on top of posts, and I tought no new game have been posted since then!!!!!

I see 8 sides in the lower left shape.

@Henrique, lol, that's part of the test to see how good we are at breaking INTO games

@Suicune 8 is not correct, it did trial and error on that, I think it was 4

fien said its the number of edges... which is exactly what ive been looking at but it still wont work -_-

kinda hard when the last column has 14 edges combined. (8 on star and 6 on hexagon)

I am out need to restart to give you the code

well ok 11 on the 1st column then, but how are we supposed to enter 11 when theres only 10 planks per column?

oh WAIT i think i have an idea mabye we only need the bottom row and the top row is the ORDER

@Fienchen
what then? 4 and 6 in the last row?

@zoz - So I´m not so god!!!! :(

code is:

3404
8536

I tried subtraction and got 5,1,3,2... doesnt work
Then i use
3404
8536

because there is a thick black line in the biddle of the 4 collumns I thought we might have to them together in sets os fot, ie first 2 add together, then the second 2, etc etc.... but that can't be done as teh 5 and 6th ones add up over 10 :( I think its something along those lines though

Did I miss it live?

no of course that failed. hate this game, because i hate codes like this that are very hard to understand. good luck im gonna check in to the color room again like sneaksnake did.

@Fienchen, thanks but that doesn't help me, i still dont know which wood to click.

i tried that code but it didn't work. are you counting up from bottom or down from top?

thanks for the code, but how do we translate that into Plankish?

this is the most stupid code ever, hate it,hope someone will figure it out,i wish you good luck

nvm, POP, i counted down from top but must have made a mistake the first time through.

How dou you count @Fiencen?
Do you subtract the numbers? because 8+3=11 and that is too much.
Or do you click both 8 and 3 in first column? Tried that , doesn't work.

there are 4 rows of wood
each needs 2 numbers up to down
first raw, like on paper is 3 and 8 plank
soory for my english, I am not good in exlanation

plankish, lol

This comment has been removed by the author.

you just have to look for the edges?
triangle is 3, octagram is 8 and so on

@Ellie, click on the planks counting down from the top, so on the first column on the left you click the third and the eighth plank, etc.

Hi Suicune, good to see you today!

Thank you @zoz!! I counted from down to up...

how to click 3 and then 8 (11) planks when there are only 10 to click?

out...thanks Fienchen!

@Edgar I loved your post to Full earlier "nvm, my ass, tell me where it is" lmao

lol @zoz I was a bit desperated :P

now, since I don't speak plankish (lol again Spoon), can some one show me how?

Out too ..thanks for the help everybody..

@edgar u dont have to click 8 planks u just click plank number 8 in the coloumn.

TY zoz. Now I understand code. OUT

so in the first column i would click the 3rd and 8th plank?

yes @sweeti..
oh and 0= no plank

Out finally, thanks all for your help :D

@ Edgar.....

1st column (counting down from the top)
Click the 3rd plank, then the 8th

2nd column
4th and 5th plank

3rd column
JUST the 3rd

4th Column
4th and 6th plank

damn you figured it out before I finished typing.... Apparently Plankish isn't all that difficult once you get the basics right lol

That was way too complicated!!

ah so my mistake was trying to ADD the sides. well at the very least i can say i was on the right track when thinking of counting the sides (even though i originally got 2 of the shapes wrong).

anyways congrats fien on solving it.

Well you definitely put us on the right track Suicune so congrats to you aswell!

@bella

i gotta agree there, 4 shapes instead of 8 would have saved a lot of time for everyone

@suicine I get how they're trying to make it harder for it to be fun... but when do they draw the line? Some of these are ridiculous.

My mistake was to count from bottom to top, as I thought I've read somewhere.

Well.. I am going to look/wait for a new game while recipe hunting for dinner. Thanks everyone for all the help!!

Hope someone is writing a walkthrough, it will be much needed. I didn't understand the game enough to do one.

       Anonymous  2/1/10, 12:30 PM

Aaaah now i get it. I was adding, subtracting, swearing - and it was that simple LOL. Thanks for all the help.....

lol @mary.. i was just swearing.

hi guys, the code for the house is like @fienchen said: 3404
8536.
so, in the first collum you click the 3rd and the 8th row counting from the top.
in the 2nd collum you click the 4th and the 5th row
in the 3rd collum you click the 3rd row only
and in the 4th collum you click the 4th and the 6 row, always counting from the top.you get the second remo and get out in the boat.

sorry. i didn't refresh and someone else already told the code. always late :)

this thing still live? i was in boston cold air.... instead of playing escape heaven :(

       Anonymous  2/1/10, 1:53 PM

I think it's more accurate to say the planks are based on the number of points on the shape. Top row fourth shape has 8 sides, so I was really thrown for a while :)

ISLAND ESCAPE - WALKTHROUGH

1. Zoom in the upper couple of palm trees and take the scissors; zoom out.

2. Zoom in the rocks at the bottom of the screen and take the (black) power drink from behind the rock; zoom out.

3. Zoom in the upper side of the wooden house and notice there's something stuck under a heavy log. In your inventory drag the scissors to open the power drink so you can be able to remove the log; take the crowbar and zoom out.

4. Zoom in the bush/tree/rock in the upper right side of the screen and use the crowbar on the rock to take an oar; zoom out.

5. Zoom in the lower left busher and take the oil can from behind the right bush; zoom out.

6. Zoom in the left side of the greenhouse and take a half of the code paper (1) in the left side of the screen; zoom out.

7. Zoom now in the right side of the greenhouse and take the second half of the code paper (2); zoom out.

8. Zoom in the lower side of the wooden house and notice that the planks in the wall are clickable to change them. In your inventory put both papers together and use the oil on it; you'll the code we need is formed of some geometrical shapes. Count the points in these shapes and those will be the planks to click counting down from the top according to the columns the shapes in the paper, so on the first column on the left you click the third and the eighth plank, etc. to have another oar (2). As for the planks puzzle you must have something like this:
SPOILER http://i46.tinypic.com/346wep2.jpg.

9. Zoom in the boat in the bottom of the screen, place both oars on it and that's it; you've just made your Island Escape... KUDOS!

Nice one @Edgar!!
