i've got 6
and stuck
found 6 so far. same trick as before with sun up sun down. you have to have it as sundown to get the guy in the first red door. then you have to pick up the green rock. flip the black motor boat motors. the top left. then click the timier below the magic lamp. click the tear in the grass. go inside the house to get one int he window.
ok need 2 more
oops not house i meant hand. it looks liek a house inside. what is witht he grey stones you can pick up and throw.

i got the teapot door guy i forgot to mention because it was so easy. i am stucj with my moon up right now. i cant get the sun to come back out. im not sure how i got the moon to stay up though.
try scanning over the level and try diff areas that works for me crromid
i don't see a red sliegh. i see three i's standing up. i tried to throw rocks at them. nothing.
turn the dial and scan to the left fast crromig
throw rock at hand.
ok got sleigh
DONE thanks crromig i'll stick around to help if needed
do the sliegh twice and then go back to teapot. the last guy in the clouds.

[b]walkthough[/b]open the red door by clicking on the white door knob. go right.
1. click on the top left black motor boat engine. go left click green rock get first guy.
go left click sun. go right to tea pot. click grey rock under magic lamp. you should see sundown or the moon up. click again and throw away the rock.
2. click the timer on the magic pot bottom pedastal. go left really fast (thanks kara) click left man in sleigh.
3. go back to teapot go back right to magic lamp click timer again go left fast again click raindeer inside of sleigh. go back right to tea pot. look for steam coming out of teapot. get man.
4. go inside of teapot pedastal click man. go out.
5.click man that comes out of teapot lid.
6. pick up rock again. go left throw rock at house click man when he comes out of house that has fell. you have to hit the house with the rock.
7. go right past teapot. click rip in grass get man.
8. go inside of hand click bottom left of stove then look in right window to get man. be fast at this.
9.go back to teapot outside of hand. get another rock. throw rock at hand he will catch and give you another man.
10.go back to red door while sun is still down and get last man inside the red doorway.
