3 is on the paw to the left of the bottom puppy with his tongue out.

I faced the wrath of the mean kitty by blind clicking. 7 is on the right side of the puppy's open mouth -- leftmost puppy with his tongue out

Finished too! I tried zooming in, but that didn't work this time. And I agree, level 3 was easiest.

This may confuse more than it helps, but here it is anyway :P
Level 1
1 left ear of the bottom puppy in the middle that is panting (your perspective)
2 tongue of panting bottom puppy in the middle
3 paw left of the bottom middle panting puppy (in line with his nose)
4 right ear (your perspective) of the bottom puppy -- second puppy from left
5 under the eye of the bottom puppy -- second from right
6 right eye of the highest puppy
7 right side of the open mouth of the leftmost puppy that is panting
8 rightmost puppy’s tongue
9 where the cushion folds near the top left corner
10 large blurry number on the cushion over the head of the top puppy -- second from right
11 blue number below the paw of the second puppy from the right -- bottom row
12 blue number by the paw below the chest of the bottom puppy -- second puppy from left
13 rightmost puppy’s forehead
14 nose of the bottom left puppy
15 top puppy second from the right -- on his nose

I'm glad the walkthrough was of use apricotmomma. When I was writing it, it looked confusing.
I thought I would manage on my own (it went very well lol) but then i was left with number 2 on level 3...
