Never used the matches!
I am not sure if i have a bug but I have put in shapes, made torch and have matches and lighter..I can't do anything else...any idea??
have managed to light torch....I am sure I tried that at least 6 times but now it works....still struggling to get out!
Move the totem guy's arm to open the door.

combined stick and cloth and have matches and lighter but cant light torch????? any hints as to how to light it?
never mind got it. you have to touch the lighter and then the torch to light it. it wont work if you try to combine stick first ...how stupid :s

Trying to light the torch by selecting it before the lighter is not the way to do it as you eventually found it out... but please don't say trying that is stupid! I got stuck the same way!!!

WALKTHROUGH
- Take a cracker from the lower right shirt pocket of the man.
You can take some matches from the chest in the lower left corner, but they are actually a red herring and you won’t need them to escape. They are wet, and can’t be used.
- Move the left bag in the boat and get a lighter from behind it. This is what you need for fire.
- Move the bag in the lower right corner to see another bag behind with a patch on (you need something to cut it).
Move left.
- Polly, the parrot, wants a cracker so give yours to him. Get an object #1 from him.
- Take the sharp tip of the spear in the lower left corner.
- Take object #2 from the rock just above where the tip of the spear was.
- Take a stick (piece of wood) from the left side of the screen.
- Take the small round object #3 from the rocks on the right side of the head of Polly.
- Take object #4 from the top of the head of the orange statue to the right, it is the black pentagon.
Move right again.
- Use the spear on the bag in the lower right corner to get a piece of cloth.
Move left.
- Place the 4 objects on their places in the door (in the lower right square).
The door is still locked.
- Pull the right arm of the orange statue to the right to open the door.
It is too dark inside.
To make a torch:
- Select the + sign in the inventory (that is for combining things), then select the cloth and after that the stick.
To light the torch:
- Select the + sign, then the lighter and after that the torch.
Enter the cave.
- Move the big orange jars to the left in the cave.
If you click on the water behind them you are told that there is a metal object under the water.
- Take a magnet from the floor to the right of the chest.
- Take the light colored rope that hangs to the right in the cave (the lower left of the ropes).
- Combine the magnet and the rope (+ sign, rope, magnet).
- Use the magnet with rope in the water behind the jars to get a key.
Use the key in the chest to escape!

I got stuck when I tried entering the cave. I had the burning torch and the door was open, but I had to switch to the hand again (I was holding the torch instead).
