hm, i don't see a link to this game...
and there it is!
this one actually has instructions at the top! and the first one wasn't so bad..
Morning, Zoz. (or, depending on your timezone, good afternoon/evening . . .) :) I'm glad to hear the first one wasn't too bad.
just wait till you see #3..... lol
btw Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to you !
yes, 3 is going to take some trial and error!
the 4's can be placed without guessing in 3, (all 6, well, 5 since one's placed for you), and you can get one 1 after you put in the fours. but yeah, too much guessing.
got it! That was FUN!
that took FOREVER, but it was fun
That was a LOT of fun! Sudoku with a twist!
no guessing involved just pure logic. enjoyed this one. big fan of sudoku
This one was really fun. Good challenge. Not too hard but you have to think. Thank you games2rule
I had to quit yesterday and came back to the game today, cause it was fun and very challenging.
Just in case other players make the same mistake as I did :
In this game the Sudoku rules do NOT count for the diagonal lines !
I had to do it on paper since I wanted to keep the numbers that I KNEW were in the right place (used pen) and play with the others (used pencil). It took a while, but I got it :) yay!
Third puzzle is very frustrating... I got through the first two super fast but I'm stuck on this one >:/
I absolutely loved this puzzle game! I'm a big fan of sudoku, but it can get boring after awhile, so I truly appreciate other varieties of the game. Loved this one!
One of the hardest things I find with sudoku-type puzzles is just getting that first 'bite' where you can then start making your deductions. For anyone having a hard time getting that first 'bite' on the third puzzle, I'm going to give you a spoiler (look away, or scroll past if you don't want to see it):
SPOILERS BELOW SPOILERS BELOW SPOILERS BELOW
Look at the top left stream. The 4 in that stream cannot be either of the dots that fall on the second row, since the 4 for that row is in another stream. So the 4 must be on the top row.
Now look at the top right stream. Since the 4 on the top row must be in the left stream, and the 4 on the second row is already placed, the 4 in the top right stream must be the only dot on the third row.
From there, you can place all the remaining 4s. This should have given you the toe-hold you need, and the info for how to solve it the rest of the way on your own. But just in case you are still feeling stumped, I'll give you one other instruction for the next step.
MORE SPOILERS MORE SPOILERS MORE SPOILERS
Look at the bottom right stream. The 1 must be in one of the dots on the right column. Which means that the 1 in the top right stream cannot be in the right column (the 6th column), or the 5th column (since the 5th column 1 is already placed).
Therefore the 1 in the top right stream must be the one dot that falls in the 4th column. The next step is to look at the 3rd row.
In the 3rd row, the middle four dots are part of a stream that already has its 1 placed. Therefore the only dot left for the 1 on the 3rd row is the left column.
The final hint that I'm going to give is to look now to place a 5. Try looking in the 4th row. Good luck! I hope you enjoy this puzzle as much as I did.
