For green ball:
Take the stick from the white couch.
use stick on teddy bear to get the colored ring.
Use ring to open wall safe.

The "arrow" clue on the picture eluded me until the end, but it was smooth sailing after that.

Nevermind, finally found all the letters
I am missing a tea and a key and the blue ball!
ok @Edgar, since you asked so sweetly, here's the
Barley Tea Whether You Want It or Not Through
Go right and take stick from couch
Take blue key from plant on right
Go right and take Barley Tea (BT) from chest
Use blue key and get second BT and dust cloth Also, note the blue X on the back of the cabinet.
Use dust cloth on top of birdhouse(?) on black cabinet and take blue ball from top
Look behind and to the left of key cabinet and take eraser
Go right and look behind and to the left of the tv cabinet and take red key
Also, note the yellow E
Take third BT and then use the stick to get the colorful ring off the head of the teddy bear on top of the tv cabinet.
Solve the teapot puzzle on the low white table and take the yellow key
Go back to key cabinet and use the yellow key to get fourth BT and hammer
Use red key to get fifth and (thankfully) last BT and crowbar
Go back to sofa scene and use the colorful ring on the wall safe and take the green ball.
Go back to first scene and look at the wall picture - the figure on the left looks like an arrow. Also, note that on the frame, on the right, is a red I.
Use the hammer above the picture where the arrow is pointing and take the yellow ball
Use the eraser on the code book on the floor to get the clue for the grids.
Look at the code panel on the door and note the green T
Go left and use the crowbar on the bottom middle drawer of the tv cabinet and take the red ball (I did not see any clue for this, i just got it by trial and error).
Now, you've found a blue X, a green T, and red I, and a yellow E.
What can you spell with the letters X,T, I, and E?
When you spell the word, the colors will be in the order the balls should be placed on the tv.
According the the code book, the top left three squares of each grid should be moved one space right, the middle left square should move one space right, the middle right square should move one space left, and the bottom right three squares should move one space left.
When you do this, you'll have the code for the exit.
Enter that into the door code pad and
GO DRINK BARLEY TEA!
