there's a dvd on top of the vinyl
got towel(used), battery, remote (used), some codes, dvd (used) and when i try to put in code on floor screen becomes black
anyone of you guys good in "codes" ????

just cleaned mirror only to find...wait for it...another numbers puzzle. AAAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!

thought code for door was the colors of the walls, but that didn't work

yes i'm out, once you have the key, you have to use it first before put in color codes
@marieindagame, that code says which blocks you have to turn black grey in the cupboard
Ikke you need the flashlight to go into the basement. It is in the cabinet that has the squares code.
i need help with the color code...

Found a key that goes into the door.
@daz is there a hint for the cross shape?
for the squares puzzle use the # from the mirror as rows and columns.
I just switched all the squares to a darker grey... and it opened
zoz , on mirror 1=1 etc

so that's what the mirror code was about! lol, it went right over my head
@john_nutz, you first have to solve the puzzle with the squares on the cupboard, then you get a flashlight and can see in the dark area
still no idea or clue on colour code on door ???
Stuck on door color code. Tried wall colors of items but that didn't work.
@john Try to play the DVD.
@john: 1. put in dvd
2. click on monitor and drag the remote
3. read "under"
4. go to trap door put the word "under"
5.drag flashlight with battery in the black hole
who can give us a hint for the door color code?
I think I am missing something in the basement. I can look beside the stairs but I can't find anything. I also cannot find anything on the lamp.

Mighty1 I think the lamp closeup is just for the door color code, but I can't figure it out for the life of me!
and what about the cactus? i didnt find anything there, too...maybe there some red herrings

you have to use the color of the walls:
Room of mirror, room with lamp, room with plate, room with plant
SPOILER
1= mirror= blue/green
2= lamp=red/blue
3=plate=green-yellow
4=plant=yellow-red

thanks @Ikke! I knew when we had to slip under the rug to get to the cellar that the logic of this game would be lost on me!
The plate is in fact the ashtray.
I was doing the speaker instead of the lamp. Doh!
found a bottle in cellar, cant figure out code for big cupboard, speaker and big tank, or key I am stuck can anyone help
no sooner did I post that I was stuck and I got out I realized the speaker was hint for tank after that it all fell in place thanks for all the hints
A nice and not too hard game. Only the color code took some time. First, to figure out to use the walls, and then to figure out the items to look at. I thought they were mirror with code/speaker/cd and cactus lol.
On top of one of the speakers is a dial code. You this on the big tank thing to the right in the basement. You'll also need the glass jar of powder hidden amongst the stuff down there.
This gets you number code for cabinet.
i have the code from the tank but not sure what to do with it anyone still here?

WALKTHROUGH
Click on the middle seat in the couch to zoom.
Take a cloth from between the cushions.
Zoom out.
Zoom on the mirror to the left of the door.
Use the cloth to see numbers.
Zoom out.
Turn right.
You need a 4-digit code for the upper part of the cupboard.
Zoom on the speaker in the corner to see a clue.
Zoom on the record player and take a disk (the middle grey part of the record).
Turn right.
Zoom on the painting and get a battery.
Zoom on the cupboard under the books.
Solve the squares by clicking on the correct ones.
Get a flashlight.
Solution below.
Turn right.
Zoom on the right lamps and get a remote.
Zoom on the DVD player under the TV.
Insert the disk.
Zoom on the TV and use the remote on it.
Zoom on the carpet and write the password to move it.
Solution below.
Get a black screen.
Insert the battery into the flashlight and use it on the black screen.
Click on the rocks in the corner.
Take a bottle.
Zoom out and click on the white tank.
Turn the wheels to open the tank.
Solution below.
Use the bottle on the blue thing to get numbers.
Go back upstairs.
Zoom on the cupboard and insert the numbers to get a key.
Turn left and zoom on the door.
Oops, the key is not enough to escape…
Insert the key above the green squares.
Change the colors of the squares to escape.
Solution below.

SOLUTIONS
Squares on cupboard
Use the numbers from the mirror by the door.
The numbers are coordinates, and the first tells the row, the second the column.
If it looks like: 2=3, press the third button in the second row.
Totally 6 buttons to press and they look like this when finished (X=pressed).

Read the text on the TV.
The password is: under (lower case only).
Wheels
Make them look like 12, 9, 6, 9 on a clock,
the lines pointing: ↑←↓←
Cupboard code
From using the bottle in the tank: 4837
Color code
Look at the wall colors.
You only need to know which items the shapes are.
1) The mirror in the TV view.
Wall colors: blue (left wall) and green (right wall).
2) The lamp in the view where you solved the squares. Zoom on the lamp to see that it looks like this.
Wall colors: red and blue.
3) The plate/ashtray thing in the door view. Zoom on the table to see it.
Wall colors: green and yellow.
4) The cactus in the record player view.
Wall colors: yellow and red.
So to escape make the colors on the door:
blue/green, red/blue, green/yellow, yellow/red
