scoty, 11 is at the bottom of jack's coat tails. Two lighter lines. It took a few attempts to pick it up.

I'm stuck with 17 and 21 on Level 3
lvl 3, 21 is in the orange window on the left house, just above Jack's arm.
17 is just to the left of Jacks leg.

lvl 3: 14 is just below and to the left of the oval window(the one next to Jack's right arm).It's big but faint.
I found I had to adjust the brightness up and down to find some of these.
