3 is in pic 8, below the tower in the middle, on the roof of the middle white building (it's grey).
4 is in pic 9, on the white lamp below the left side of the globe.
13 is in pic 10, on the ground on the left side, to the right of the small tower/lamp.
15 is in pic 7, under the second big window from left.

Lol, I went through the pics only looking for numbers. It wasn't until I opened it a second time that I recognised the views and realised that it is from Sweden this time :)
Opened the game late (I was eating lol) and had to came to comments for my missing 7.

I can’t make any pictures at the moment, but hopefully some text will help.
Picture 1:
12 – on the ground to the right of the round building, above the red car.
19 – on the water to the very left, above the bridge.
Picture 2:
2 – on the top part of the screen, on the building to the right of the water.
20 – on the right side of the screen. Follow the second bridge from bottom to the right, and you’ll see it on the ground in front of the building across from the bridge.
Picture 3:
1 – on the building, above the car to the right.
5 – in the top middle part of the screen, on the building to the left of the small round brown tower/chimney.
Picture 4:
10 – on the green bushes, below the left side of the yellow tree in the left side of the screen.
14 – on top right side of the same yellow tree as number 10 is below.
Picture 5:
9 – on the green trees to the left.
17 – in the water, on the right side. To the left of the lower part of the pink reflection.

yeas...my favorite game...:P...no, just kidding..but I keep on practising..once I will find them all by myself :D
I was struggling even with @Ellie's walkthrough. then I realized I had the picture count wrong. Much easier to find them when you are looking at the right picture lol
