got nippers (used once), stone, paper with clue and pushed two buttons; this is not strange!

put wooden rod in stone for hammer
Piece of wood combines with stone to make hammer to smash glass. Also one button up high that I cannot reach!

The buttons around the room change the colors on the box...

In the view of the door there's a box (?) in the upper left...what to do w/it?
Button up high is between door and where you broke the glass, up in the corner.
I wonder why you can take the hammer apart after using it on the glass?

@Zoe - the buttons around the room will change the colors of the box buttons, but it's not that easy cuz I can't get them all right - the buttons never even turn black... and the little button I think does something different maybe... but not sure what.
take hammer apart and throw stone at the button thats up high

I must have a buggy game because when I press the buttons, nothing happens - they just stay gray, and I don't know what you mean by the "box buttons" But I do appreciate you trying to help! Thanks!
@Zoe - when looking at the door, click the bottom of the screen and you will see the middle of the room with a box on a table.

you have to turn the clue paper so the black dot is right center.
the button is under the stool holding the button box.

There's a cover over the high button? Maybe the little button to the left of the big button in the box that we smashed the glass off opens it? I don't remember a cover.
Yeah, just checked - when you smash the glass, you can change the view to see a little button on the left of the big button. Pushing that little button will open the box covering the button up high in the corner.
I have a cover on mine too. I called it a "box" before....

im up to the point where I got the box of the top button, clicking like mad on all the buttoms but don't know what im doing lol, what else is new
@bet, if you got all the buttons ( 9)..look at the paper with the colors on, and look at the paper on the stool
you see: both papers got a dark/grey dot( turn the paper wich is in the inventory to the same position like the one on the stool( the turning you have to do in your head)
what I did: i started to click at the button next to the cupboard, and went back to paper on stool, to see what dot did change color..and ( pfff...difficult to explain in english)
Hi all! I seemed to have missed all the live ones lately enjoying the nice weather
oh I only have 8 buttons, have - one on bech, one on corner top wall, broken glass one, 3 on wall, one behind books, one under bench with the colrs,
Nippers under false floor of upper left white box on shelving. Button behind pink books.
Paper behind left bottom corner of shelving.
Nippers cut wire on box to reveal another button.
Stone behind stool with box on it to the left of the door.
Wood stick attached to footstool.
Combine stone and stick to make hammer, smash glass behind small door in wall.
Click left of button behind glass to see smaller button - press it. This will open a box in the upper left corner of the scene with the small door in the wall, revealing a button. In order to push that button you need to un-combine the hammer and throw the stone up at the button.
From the first scene with the door in it, press the bottom of the screen to get a new view with a colored box. There is a button under that table too - click to the right of the down arrow to change the view.
Click all the buttons in order to change the colors on the box and get them to match the paper - line up the black/grey buttons to see what the other colors of each button should be.
When you get it right, you get a key to get out! :)
I think that's everything, lol... :)
You only need 8 buttons, the grey/black one doesn't change, it's just a place marker.

Just wondering...is the correct color combination achieved by clicking each button only once?
I have click each of them several times and am not even close to getting it right...

No, I think they all start out red...
Someone probably already did this but I will write it anyway!
The button under the colored button box corresponds to the middle color...
The colors change from red to green to blue to yellow, so when you push each button in the room one time they are all green...that is the reference point...
so, then, top middle color to bookcase button
top left to rt wall button(where three are)
middle left to middle wall button
bottom left to left wall button
bottom middle to safe in wall button
bottom right to button with stone
top right to table left of door button
sooooo, hope this helps someone because I was basically brute forcing and getting nowhere fast before starting over...
I don't know if this will help with the buttons and code box.
They all start out as red if you visit the box first, but on mine they were all different colours as I clicked the buttons as I found them.
The colour order for the clicks is:
red, green, blue, yellow, circling back to red again.
This is the
Top, left: Right of 3 buttons
Middle, left: Middle of 3 buttons.
Bottom, left: Left of 3 buttons.
Top, middle: Behind pink books:
Middle, middle: Under table with code box:
Bottom, middle: In safe/glass box.
Top, right: In box opened with cutters.
Bottom, right: Top of wall with safe.

You have to click the grey button on the color box to get the key. Silly me, I was clicking the grey frontside... for about 15 min... then I changed my colors (thinking that maybe you flip the color paper instead of rotating it)
