Not difficult, but it's a good one.

By the way I wonder if game makers always think the third level is hard because they show one letter you have to find in 20 seconds.
For me the third level is always the easiest because the human eye is trained to see differences and movement and both methods work for me.
You can see a new letter appear when you just clicked one. Just keep your eyes on the screen and don't focus on any point.
Or you can close your eyes and open them again and see the picture has changed.
