Found so far:
Teddybear, 3 keys, 2 coins and remote. There are numbers on the coins and signs on the keys.

So far I have 3 keys (used), coin(?), remote, teddy bear. now i'm stuck....

1 key in the cooler's door, one on the stand, and one i found somewhere in the bathroom when I clicked all over the place.
Thanks Stu - missed the second view of the fridge. I do think they should put a door in the toilet - what if you had people over!

I think that our next move has to do something with the writing on the TV screen...
I'm clicking all over the picture with the fishs, it falls down and a note was shown - but doesn't help!?
Have now tried to bath the teddy, flush it down the toilet and microwave it - surprisingly nothing helped

I think you're right! I have no idea of the number code.
On coins are numbers 1147 and 1129 but we need a 5 digit code.

Got the code!!!!! Take all your keys out and look at them in about view - the bottom of each has a Roman Numeral!

Took me some time to find all the item again.
Went in the place with all the arrows.
Wait there till you see light on the left and then go there.
How did you get out? I don't see any light
Don't know how I got the light on the left.
First I didn't wait in the place with arrows in a circle but went in and then there were 4 arrows. Walked around a bit and was back in the room and all my items were gone.
The second time I waited at the circle arrows and then the light came left on the screen!?

So I have to get out of the dark?????no idea of how,and what's the deal with the teddy? it could be a torch after all lol
I don´t get it. Are we out when we´re back from the dark?
I've got a special key by using the handle on the slot machine.
Special key opens the right door of the 3 doors and then you're really out.

How do you use the lever? Mine wouldn't fit!
at the slot machine; put the 2 parts of handle together, but doesn't fit?

First I combined both parts and then it won't work. So de-combine them again and then the red/pink one works.
By the way; don't know if it matters, but first I took back all the old keys and I read the notes in the new room(s).

Maybe there is more, but don't feel like exploring now (maybe later).
The lever part was tricky indeed (of course the first thing I did was combine them too), but losing all my items 2 times wasn't nice at all.

Hope you can go out, but you shouldn't have gone in. When you see all the arrows in a circle you have to wait for the light on the left and then go in there.
But try to click the right arrow and then up a few times. If it doesn't work go again right and up a few times and keep on trying in that way.
small-tool, thanks again. i saw the light in the room whith the arrows and go to the light and then i don't know how i enter to this dark room.

WALKTHROUGH

TV LEFT / BED RIGHT SCENE
- Take the BEAR.
- Zoom in on top of the table where the bear was on and take the DIAMONDS KEY.
- Zoom in on the bottom part of the right leg of the bed and take COPPER COIN.
COUCH LEFT / FRIDGE MIDDLE SCENE
- Zoom in on the couch an take the REMOTE.
- Zoom in on the fridge. Open the fridge. Click the inside of the door and take the SPADES KEY.
BATHROOM (left door)
MIRROR IN MIDDLE SCENE
- Take the CLUBS KEY. (to the right of the bottom of the pink/purple glass).
- Take the SILVER COIN. (exactly the same place as the clubs key).
ROOM WITH 3 DOORS
- Zoom in on the picture with the fish. Click on a lot of places on the picture and finally on the bottom middle edge and the picture comes off. Click the top right of the picture (not the edge but somewhere top right) to turn it and take the HEARTS KEY.
- Zoom in on the code panel.
- In inventory; Look at the keys and see they all have roman numerals at the end.
HEARTS = X = 10
CLUBS = II = 2
DIAMONDS = V = 5
SPADES = I = 1
So the code is 10251
- Put in all the keys and the code and click the green button.
- Zoom in on the code panel again and take the GOLD COIN.
- The door is open. Go in the new room
ROOM WITH FALLEN TILES
- Zoom in on the code panel.
- The code panel is the Periodic Table of Elements.
- So what you see is not the alphabet with B, C and F and you don't fill in D and E, but it is Boron, Carbon and Fluorine and between those come Nitrogen and Oxygen.
- The places where the coins go are also places in the periodic table and they are (from top to bottom) Cuprum, Argentum and Aurum and that's Copper, Silver and Gold.
- So type N and O (upper case and put in (from top to bottom) the Copper, Silver and Gold coins and click the red button and the golden door is open.
- Go in the new room
- Go up, take the METAL PART from the floor.
- Go up, take the LEVER from the floor.
- Go up (2x) and see the arrows in a circle. Wait there till you see light on the left side and when the light is fully grown go into the light.
- Go up (3x) You're in the room with a code panel. Zoom in on that panel to see the note (opens the door on the right). Zoom out.
- Go right and up (2x) into that hallway till you see a slot machine.
- Put in the lever and pull it and click one ofthe numbers and take the SPECIAL KEY.
- Go down, go up and you'r in the old rooms
- Go to the room with the 3 doors
- If you clicked 1 you can open the left door with the special key. If you clicked 2 the middle door and after clicking 3 it opens the right door.
the game restart by himself - wyh it's happen?
Maybe there is much more to find and to do because;
- There are numbers on the coins we didn't use.
- The teddybear wasn't used.
- Didn't do anything in the toilet.
- You can combine the metal part with the lever part
- You can take all the keys back
- And the remote you can use on the tv for some text.

I know lisa, happened to me too.
You have to find all the items again, but somehow it didn't really start all over again because if you get to the code panel you see the N and O are still there.
Maybe a bug or maybe something in the game only Japanese reading people understand.

OK got it. I was running IE8 64bit which it didn't like! Opened 32bit version and all is well with the world!
how to make the fish picture fall, Ive been trying the bottom middle edge, for a half hour and it wont fall help please
@sherry12 I can't figure out what did the trick to have the picture fall, but I clicked all over that thing before it fell. Just keep clicking all over and then then the bottom right corner. After some magic amount of time, it fell for me.
this game is too confusing for me. I don't like having to play so much by the walkthrough :/ I quit.

The door to the right of the panel with the text after the darkness won't let me go through because of some red rays (?)... if anyone out there had the same problem (or the same rays in that view for that matter) and could work it out, would you be kind enough to tell how you did?

Thanks for the walkthrough, small-tool. When I was getting to the end going down the hallway, got the pink thing and the metal piece, saw the circle of arrows. But I clicked too soon and ended up in this black space with 4 red direction arrows, and I don't think you can get out of that. So like the man says, WAIT.

I had this problem so I took the coins and Keys back and the rays disappeared
@Edgar, the first time I played I couldn't take the coins back unless I first got lost in the dark maze. After I collected all of the items again (to loose them you need to leave the keys inside the panel) and used the coins the second time, I could get them back and the lasers disappeared.
Thanks @small-tool for the hint how to get out of the maze (it's actually: click up arrow 12 times).
For the fish painting to fall: click 11 times on the upper left corner and then below the painting in the middle. Then click on the fish to make it turn around.
@small-tool, the numbers on the coins are a hint for the periodic table (the last two are their atomic numbers).
The text in the corridor tells you something like "don't panic in the dark". The sign above the door in the opposite wall of the periodic puzzle tells you to use upper case.
The teddy bear wasn't used in the previous games either. Maybe we just needed to remove it to see the key.
That worked now for me, thanks for the help @Amenophis and @Ellie.
I think it's also important to mention (missing in the WT) the existence of those lasers in the right door and that you actually need to go through the dark maze turning around from the text panel and moving forward 12 times for you to be able to take the coins back in order to make the lasers disappear.
I didn't lose my items when I did that, btw.
