I have a capital omega sign, a red coin or whatever it it, a CD, some kindda code 2111131222 with small and bigger fonts, a remote and 2 folders that you can open in the LCD screen.
under the open box thing near the PC station, there is a symbol similar to the fruit basket in the 1st screen????

ahh follow the symbol with big and small circles. apply it to the fruit basket, you'll get an other red coin

I just have a remote, trying to figure codes, how did you come up with that code, bta, binary?
5 circles on the cupboard seems very matching the red coins. however nothing happens
and the letter on the com has to do with the com writer we use to write

put hte CD in the PC, print it and burn it. Get the paper from the printer and put it in the scanner. Lets see what happens

OK, look at the code on the comp and then the code applies to the missing letters the top row of missing letters being 1 and bottom 2
take the CD and put it in the DVD player. So the remote works on TV. Get the e-mail address on the TV. Use it it the LCD monitor left folder. You will receive a mail. Get the hint and apply it. You2ll get an other red coin

think about your keyboard and the missing letters. Like Jon said, 1 signifies the top row. 2 signifies the second row. Then use the numbers to place the missing letters in order (see spoiler above if you need help)

I've placed the four red balls on the bureau, but I'm missing the last one (or first one in the order they fit...) any ideas? Not sure what view or puzzle I'm missing

I plead for a walk-through please. I'm stuck.
Walkthrough
• Take an orange dot (1/5) from the left lamp on the wall and see a clue [Ω] on the right ones.
• Zoom in on the right side of the couch and find a blank CD under it.
• Turn around.
• Zoom in on the desk in the right corner and again on the computer tower to insert the blank CD on the slot; zoom out.
• Zoom in on left PC monitor; it needs a password, so use the Ω clue to enter the right one.
Solution at the end of the Walkthrough
• Press the [Print] button and click on the down navigational bar once; press now the [Burn CD] button and click down again… and once again to zoom out.
• Take both the printed paper (from the printer, of course) and the burned CD (from the CD drive, you’ve got it!).
• Zoom in now on the right PC monitor and open the file on the right to see another clue:

• Click down until having the full view of this second scene and zoom in on the wooden rectangle on the floor to see another clue related to the fruits basket in the opposite scene:

• Zoom in on the left piece of furniture (it looks like an old clock) to get the remote.
• Turn around.
• Zoom in on the right cabinet and notice a door needs a password; combine the clue you’ve seen in the right file of the right PC monitor with the clue you see now on the left: [ 2₁ 1₁ 1₃ 1₂ 2₂ ]. Once the door is open take the glasscutter.
Solution at the end of the Walkthrough
• Zoom in on the fruits basket on the left table and notice 7 of the marshmallows (?) are pressable… and they grow bigger! Press the ones as the clue in the opposite scene showed and collect another orange dot (2/5)
• Still zoomed in here, use the GLASSCUTTER on the table (a thin white line marks the spot) and take the glass shard; zoom out.
• Zoom in on the couch, where it makes a 90º angle and cut the back of it (again a thin line marks the spot) to find another orange dot (3/5).
• Zoom in on the DVD player under the TV and put the burned CD in; zoom out.
• Zoom in now on the TV and use the REMOTE on it to see an e-mail address.
• Still zoomed in here, notice one of the TV buttons has become reddish… it’s another orange dot (4/5); take it, zoom out now and turn around.
• Zoom in on the desk and place the printed PAPER in the scanner (to attach it to the e-mail to be sent).
• Zoom in on the right PC monitor, click on the left file and click on the top bar for you to type (use your own keyboard) the e-mail address seen on the TV… click on the green button and, just this fast, a new file for you awaits. Open this new file and see the clue with cardinal points and colors; zoom back 3 times, to the main view of this second scene.
• Zoom in on the picture on the wall and click on the diamond to change the colors on it according to the clue you’ve got in the e-mail… that is:

• Collect the orange dot (5/5), zoom out and turn around.
• Zoom in on the cabinet on the left side and place your 5 orange dots on their respective places (they will go in as their place in inventory) and get the exit key; turn around.
• Use the KEY on the door to escape… Congrats!! º⌣º

Notice that the letters shown on the right PC monitor are the same as in your keyboard, but some of them are missing:

The clue 2₁ 1₃ 1₃ 1₂ 2₂ suggests you to use those missing letters as the code, but in a certain order. This is:
- 2₁ = from the second row, take the first letter → S
- 1₁ = from the first row, take the first letter → U
- 1₃ = from the first row, take the third letter → P
- 1₂ = from the first row, take the second letter → I
- 2₂ = from the second row, take the second letter → K
The code is then supik; enter it in lowercase.
