Hello! Same here! I've never caught Sakura live before.
Stuck without green ball. Color puzzle has me stumped
I have yet to finish a Sakura game from start to finish without help. At most I can find three keys and that's it.
I only have a red ball and stuck on colour code...
If you have the rag, there's a spot on the side of the sink to clean that gives you the answer to get the green ball
anyone know where to use the hammer?

Use hammer on the box/chest next to the bed.
The cloth/rag is under the middle of the bed.
And out. Quite easy.

For the puzzlebox you have to see the hint first. Use the spoon for that.

I never actually figured out the reason behind the color code, I just used trial and error...well, I'm out now :)

Color order; from bottom to top on the drawning in the book.

Now I know why it took me so long. I'm not tough enough to drinks bears!!
Colour code (since it took me so long to find the logic)... the colours are layered.

WASTED-THROUGH (for what's it worth, hope it makes sense I can't do better right now)
Eraser under the pillows on the bed.
Cloth under the middle of the bed.
Spoon on the side of the mattrass (somewhere on the front middle side there's a black line).
Blue key right behind sink cabinet.
Nippers by using blue key.
Blue ball. Zoom in on sink and use nippers.
Hint for puzzle box. Use the spoon on the food next to the puzzle box.
Yellow key, solve puzzle box.
Hammer, use yellow key.
Yellow ball. Use hammer on the box/chest next to the bed.
Red key, right behind tv cupboard.
Screwdriver, use red key.
Look at the picture where to zoom in for the use of the screwdriver. In the bed view above the box/chest. Gives red ball.
Zoon in on the top right side of the sink and use the cloth on the dirty spot and see the code for the little safe in the wall. Somehow this is upside down so to take the green ball use the code upside down on the little safe to get the green ball (blue goes on top of pink or something like that).
Color order; look in the book. What's under goes first, then what's on top of that etc. (RBYG).
End code; use eraser in the book; everything grey in the book changes (if it's color it becomes white, if it's white it becomes color) and so the code is 6104.

Why was that sink-code upside down??, never found a clue for that, and I also had troubles finding the color order. Luckily a little peek at @small-tool's "Wasted Through" helped me out.
Door code on the other hand was easy again

Thanks small_tool. I still don't get how the numbers for the door correspond to the TV and the book... but thanks to your wasted-through, I'm out anyway. :)
I might be blind at the moment but I can't see the dirty spot. I'm usually really good at finding hot spots and the only thing I can zoom in on is the sink and behind the sink (where you get the blue key) I've clicked everywhere on the top right to no avail.
