Used crowbar on door of the house.
I started with looking at the order of the candles. Now I need some items (like matches lol).
Took almost everything from inside the house.

I've got lots of stuff by now and solved the order for candles... catching up, lol!

I'm collecting the same things as small-tool this gar. Got a green diamond from using the crowbar on the brick in first scene and a brown from lighting the candles (lighter in house).
I got a brown gem for lighting the candles.

I used the rope in the tree and then the stick on the bird for a key.
Put berries and mushroom in the mortar (in inventory)
I filled my vial with water from the pump and made magic powder (grind mushroom).

Got a crowbar, a pointy stick, a magic mushroom and a rather nice pair of gloves (although it looks like a catchers mitt)
Gave it all to the fish in the pond for a blue diamond.

I think the missing gem is got from digging where the picture inside the house shows, but my shovel won't find a hotspot!
It looks like the painting shows the point where to dig but I can't dig there.

The order of the diamonds isn't that difficult but anyway:

Oh, wait a minute, I googled a bit and one of the names of Zeus is Zeus Phuxios (God of escape). So that would be the one who worked here in mysterious ways.
WALKTHROUGH
Take the gloves from the left of the right stone.
Zoom on the right stone to see that you’ll need five diamonds.
Turn right.
Take the stick, the mushroom and the crowbar.
Turn left.
Use the crowbar on the brick with a crack (to the right of the “door”) for a green diamond.
Turn left.
Take berries from the tree.
Take a rope from the ground to the left of the tree.
Take a note from the left corner of the house.
Use the crowbar on the door of the house and enter.
Collect a spade, pestle and mortar, lighter, fish food and vial.
Go back out.
Use the vial on the waterpump to fill it with water.
Combine berries and mortar for poison pulp.
Add it to the vial with water for nasty poison.
Use the vial with water and berries on the fish food.
Turn right twice.
Give the poisoned fish food to the fish and take the blue diamond.
Use the rope in the tree to the left of the bird.
Use the stick on the bird.
Take the key from the nest.
Move left.
Combine mushroom and mortar for magic powder.
Use it on the gloves.
Use the magical gloves to get the yellow diamond.
Zoom on the left stone (shrine).
Solve the order and light the candles that way (use the lighter from the house).
Solution below.
Get the brown diamond.
Zoom out from the stone.
Use the paper (prayer) on the left stone.
Now, “X marks the spot”.
Turn right.
Use the shovel on the X on the ground.
Get a treasure chest.
Open it with the key and get the last, red diamond.
Turn left.
Zoom on the right stone and place the diamonds in the five holes in the right order.
Solution below
Zoom out and move forward through the gate.
Congratulations!
SOLUTIONS
Candles
From the instruction numbers you get:
1) The first is blue or orange.
2) The second is a mix of two other (green, orange or purple).
3) The third is green or yellow.
4) The fourth is red, blue or yellow.
5) The fifth is purple.
6) The last is yellow (can’t be purple because the fifth is purple).
Now you know for sure: 5th =purple, 6th =yellow
Go through the instruction numbers again:
3) The third must be green (yellow is 6th)
2) The second must be orange (yellow is 6th and purple 5th).
1) The first must be blue (orange is 2nd).
4) The fourth must be red (blue is 2nd and yellow 6th).
Order: blue, orange, green, red, purple, yellow
Diamonds
From top:
Sun = yellow
Sky = blue
Grass = green
Earth = brown
Lava = red

Thanks for the game, it was great.
The only thing I didn't like was the way things went automatically back to the inventory after trying to do something with it for a couple of seconds.
But that's all. I liked it very much and really want to play a new one made by you guys.

I liked this game very much!!
One thing I think would improve the game further is to put the inventory visible next to the game screen (if possible). I don't like when I need to press space to see the items. Other than that - no further suggestions at the moment (except for the wish for every game: longer game... more codes...).

Is there any logic to figuring out the color order of the diamonds, or is it just random? My clue order does not match the end result.

The text is the clue, but even without the text it's logical;
The sun (yellow) is the highest point, then comes the sky (blue), grass (green) is on the earth (brown) and inside the earth is lava (red).
