thought i solved the color code on fan. combine coordination hint from boat (where you used the blue key) with the mattress's colors...but unfortunatly it doesnt work...

So I catched up again.
Now I combine first breathing tube with glasses and then with flippers and it worked.

combined hammer and chisel work on brown column with small piece sticking out. got something that looks like a vacuum cleaner. combine that with "hose" from ocean
got some equipment - use hammer & chisel on wood part on side of house where something is sticking out from wood

The fan code you got by getting coordinates from the blue key and combine that with the colors on the black leather stretcher/couch.

But you don't need the 4 digits. There's another X close to the first X.
Fan-Code:
1. from left upper corner:9 to right - 4 down = pink
2. from right lower corner: 4 to left - 2 up = green
and so on

I'm in the game too, looking for the 4-dig code. I have a drillbit, and the snorcle equippment, but need the key for the drill. Looking around for clues...
All I can think of is the grass we cut.
It's in the order of 2 4 4 2 5 4 3 1, but nothing with that.

I think i need the chisel later to combine it with hammer (i had no hammer yet) and when chisel disappeared, it must be a bug.
So maybe i will retry when it is fixed...
i think that bruteforcing would be a lot faster, assuming that we dont have to see the clue first ;-)

@Sabine, that hint is from the pier. Zoom on the boat once and click somewhere in the middle of the wooden "floor" to the left of the boat.

@Pascale, you need a drill and a drill bit for the X's. The hammer/chisel is for the left brown pillar in the view with some brown furniture.
WALKTHROUGH, PART 1
This WT might take longer time to read than to escape on your own, but at least you might be able to search through it if you miss an item, or look at the solutions below.
You need to see all the hints before the code works in this game.
First view:
Zoom on the grass below the window to see a place for a 4-digit code.
Zoom on the base of the palm tree to see a place for a 4-digit code.
You can also zoom on the plants by the most right part of the house.
Zoom on the boat.
Click in the middle of the wooden “floor” to the left of the boat to see a clue – lines among the wood.
The boat has 4 places to zoom:
- Front deck, upper deck, ladder, and back right corner.
You can also zoom in the sea to the right of the boat.
Move right (rocks).
Zoom on the brown wood just to the left of the big window in the middle (left side of those plants).
See six colored bars.
Change the colors and get FLIPPERS.
Solution below.
There are two places on the rocks to zoom, close to the water, below each window.
Zoom on the short black/white pole, close to the water on the left side (the closest of the two poles).
Get a SICKLE.
Zoom on the thin pillar in upper left corner for a 5x5 square grid.
Press the correct squares to get a HAMMER.
Solution below.
Turn right (round pool).
You can zoom in the water below/to the left of the round pool.
Zoom inside the round pool to see an item you can’t get.
Zoom on the upper small pool to see some flowers.
Zoom on the mattress below the big windows to see a color hint.
Nothing else right now.
Turn right (brown furniture).
Zoom on the three white chairs to the left to get a KNIFE (from the most left chair).
Zoom in the water below the left side of the wooden floor to see a number clue: 4, VII, I, 3, V.
Zoom on the brown couch.
Note a faint yellowish line on the couch and use the knife there to get a BLUE KEY.
Zoom on the right brown square pillar to see an orange note you can’t get.
Zoom on the upper part of the middle brown pillar to see four red buttons (they change colors when you press them). You don’t have the clue yet.
WALKTHROUGH, PART 2
Turn right (back to boat view).
Zoom on the plants by the right side of the house.
Use the sickle to get some GRASS.
Zoom on the base of the palm tree and solve the 5-digit code.

Get a CHISEL.
Zoom on the plants below the windows and solve the 4-digit code (thanks @Chris!.
Solution below.
Get a YELLOW KEY.
Zoom on the boat, and again on front deck.
Use the blue key in the upper key hole to see a number/arrow clue.
Use the yellow key in the lower key hole to get a DRILL MACHINE.
Turn right twice (round pool).
Zoom on the upper pool to see the plants.
Put the grass in the water of the pool, left side of the plants.
See four shapes.
Turn right (brown furniture).
Zoom on the right brown pillar.
Combine the chisel and hammer in the inventory.
Use them on the brown wood where the orange “note” is.
Get a SUCTION DEVICE.
Zoom on top part of the middle brown pillar and solve the color buttons.
Solution below.
Get a MASK.
Turn right (boat).
Zoom on the boat and again in back left corner.
Change the shapes by clicking, like the ones you saw when putting grass in the upper small pool.
Solution: circle, square, triangle, diamond.
Get a SNORKEL.
Combine snorkel and mask, then combine them with the flippers.
Zoom in the water to above the boat (upper right corner).
Use the mask/snorkel/fins to get a GREEN BALL #1.
Turn right twice (round pool).
Zoom in the water on lower middle/left part of the screen.
Use the mask/snorkel/fins to get two TUBES.
Combine the tubes with the suction device.
Zoom in the round pool.
Use the suction device with tubes in the pool to drain it.
Pick up the DRILL BIT from the bottom of the pool.
Combine the drill bit with the drill machine.
Turn left (rocks).
Zoom on the two places on the rocks, below each window, close to the water.
Use the drill with drill bit on the X’s and get GREEN BALLS #2 and #3.
Go to the boat.
Zoom on front deck.
Place the three green balls on the panel.
Get a BOAT KEY.
Zoom on upper deck and use the boat key to escape.

Use the numbers from under the wooden floor (zoomed in the water) in the view to the left of the boat view. Some numbers are roman numerals, so translate them first.

4-digit code
There are no clues to this code in the game.
The code doesn’t have any numbers.
Click the numbers until they totally disappear – not even a 0 should be seen.
Four color buttons
Combine the number/arrow – hint from the boat (using the blue key) and the colors on the mattress by the round pool.
The top arrows tell you to count from upper left corner of the mattress.
Go to the 9th column and 3rd row. That color is pink.
Next arrows: start from lower right corner and go to 4th column, 2nd row: green color.
Third arrows: start in upper left corner: 4th column, 1st row: white.
Lowest arrows: start in lower left corner: 2nd column, 4th row: yellow.
Code: pink, green, white, yellow (from up to down).

I don't know if this helps, but the for the colors on the chair, you have to look at the cyan at the bottom left as (1,1) not (0,0)

Thank you so much @Ellie! I couldn't use my diving equipment on three tries so I thought the game was just buggy. But it turns out I was clicking on the diving gear first and then the water, instead of the other way 'round. Thanks to you, I can now go to sleep contentedly.
I have the flippers + mask + snorkel, but I can't get the tubes in the pool, it doesn't work.
Maybe it is a pixel hunt ? I hate this !
@Pascale, the tubes are not in the pool, but in the sea, below the pool and a little to the left.
