How did you open the locker, all I did was open the B-locker for a flashlight?
put the bulb from torch into fairy lights
So far:
watering can, handle (gear), cassette tape (got sticker from), empty note with one sticker. Put the sticker from tape on notepad. Use handle to get water.

I found a 4 digits code (stickers + umbrellas), but I don't know where to use it ! I found SPO9530ILER.

you must arrange the color with numbers accord to color
for example : stickers ( 5093 ) and umbrellas (2413)
so
1=9
2=5
3=3
4=0

For the handle (not really a gear):
From the starting scene, go to the right twice until the greenhouse and move the rightmost crate.
finally beat it
WALKTHROUGH
Take the blue WATERING CAN from lower left corner.
The door needs a gold key.
Turn right.
A missing light bulb (you see it if you click the small lights on the house that are not turned on).
Turn right.
Click the most right crate to get a HANDLE (looks like a gear).
Go back twice to the start screen.
Place the handle on the water tap, above the green hose to the left.
Fill your watering can from the water puddle.
Turn left.
Use the full watering can on the dirt on the dance floor.
Click the clean floor to read:

Turn right four times.
Click the radio and click again on the left cassette holder.
Get a CASSETTE TAPE.
Click the tape to have a closer look at it, and click again to see side B.
Collect a STICKER PIECE #1.
Turn right.
Take the EMPTY NOTEPAD from the lower right corner in the sand.
Click the phone.
Get a BRASS KEY from the lid in the lower right corner.
Click the most left blue lockers.
Open B-1 locker.
Code from dance floor: 333
Get a FLASHLIGHT.
Click the flashlight and then the left side of it.
Get a LIGHT BULB.
Go back left three times.
Click on the turned off lights and place your light bulb on the empty (right) spot.
Get a SILVER KEY from the floor of the house.
Go right four times.
Click the four colored parasols to see some numbers.
Order them according to numbers: orange, green, red, blue.
Use the silver key to open the “pool closed” gate.
Turn right.
Click the blue door to find STICKER PIECE #2.
Take a BASKETBALL from the floor to the right.
Click the ball to read:
C-3

You need goggles for the pool.
Turn left twice.
Click the left lockers and open the C-3 locker.
Use the phone as a hint.
D is number 3, A number 2 and N is number 6.
Code: 326
Get GOGGLES.
Turn right twice and use the goggles in the pool.
Get a BLACK KEY.
Go left four times.
Use the black key in the forklift and click it to move it.
Use the brass key to open the door and enter.
Take STICKER PIECE #3 from the third plant pot.
Click the empty notepad.
Place your three sticker pieces on the pad.
You see numbers and colors.
orange:9, red:3, blue:0 and green:5
Use the numbers from the parasols as the order of the colors and you’ll have a code:
9530
Now, you need a place for that code.
Go to the blue lockers and zoom on the right lockers.
The only one with 4 digits is D3, and with some imagination the eyes and mouth of the notepad looks like D3 (thanks @lasers pew pew pew and @george!).
Enter your code (9530) and get a BROWN KEY.
Turn left twice.
Enter the small house and use the brown key in the cupboard.
Click the plant pot to get a GOLD KEY.
Turn left twice (start screen).
Use the gold key in the door to escape.
