Going in.... Hello all who join :)

Hi day_dream!
Well.. I'm stuck already .. have 3 pieces of paper and a key...

Not idea how to start workin out the code

OMG my bro translated the papers for me and it's written hazure in hiragana, romaji and katakana!

Just starting...Hi all!

I'm stuck with the papers too :(

Helloooow ev1... have you turned out the lights yet?

yeah zoz

@Nini, can you share your brother's translations? I think language barrier might be a problem here..

Hm.. I know that あかい is red...

this is way over my head...
the ladder codes always confuse me, and where do you put a code?

zoz my bro said that all 3 papers have the same thing written > hazure.. but he`s not sure what that means

pop, now I see the fish takes a code ...but have no clue...lol

hazure translation > end; verge; extremity; tip; outskirts; 2. miss; failure

lol nokra ur not the only 1 who doesnt get the ladder code

I never get those ladders... we need @Ellie!

Ellie explained it very well once, but I still didn't get it...LOL
I am no help here, see y'all later!

Hm.. if we look at trashbin and then to clock we can infer that circle is 3

LOL @zoz...thinking alike!

so> star 1
moon 2
circle 3
triangle 4
and the 8-edges star 5

ONLY need to know how to solve the ladder puzzle!!!!

I came up with O=3, Star = 4, Sunburst = 5, Triangle = 4, and Moon = 2, but only if what looks like 2a in the book is really 20...

For the ladders, simply follow the line down. when you come to a rung, follow it along and continue down until the next and so on. 1 is star, 2 is sun and 3 is moon

Hi :)
For the ladder, just follow one bar until it hits a horizontal bar, then follow it until the next veritcal bar and so on. Start from top or bottom.

oops, I meant Star=1, sorry 'bout that and thanks at Nini!

I got 152 from combining the ladder with the maths but not sure if its correct.

zoz star can only be 1

Nini has the right numbers, and using them on the ghost legs you get 152. Take the difference of the number in the drawer and that is the code for the fish.

Hi @Ellie! You must have heard me say your name!

Hi @zoz, yes I heard you calling :)
Thanks for the difference @Edgar!

thx edgar! have forgotten bout the other paper w number on it! OUT!

@Edgar and @Ellie to the rescue!

So, it looked like a huge language barrier, but wasn't at all lol. Just about maths and ghost leg.

Yep zoz! :) :P :D

WALKTHROUGH
No language barrier, you don’t need to understand the notes.
Turn the lights off.
Click at the four crosses you see to get three notes and a key.
Turn the lights on again.
Zoom on the clock and see strange symbols.
Look inside the trashbin to see that circle = the symbol at 3 o’clock.
Open the bottom drawer and look in the book.
Some maths to do.
We know that circle = 3 (from clock and trashbin).
That makes:
Five point star = 1 (top equation)
Eight point star = 5 (lowest equation)
Triangle = 4 (second equation from top)
Moon = 2 (third equation from top)

Zoom on the books above the drawers.
Open the red book to see a ghost leg puzzle.
Solve it to get the order for the 5-point star, 8-point star and moon.
To solve a ghost leg, you need to connect the top symbols with the bottom symbols.
Start either at top or bottom.
Follow the vertical line until it hits a horizontal line, then follow that one instead.
The next time it meets a vertical line follow that line. If you start from top, you should always move downwards when you get to another vertical line. If you start from bottom, move upwards.

Click here for a picture of how to connect the shapes with numbers in the ghost leg puzzle

From the ghost leg you get:
5-point star = 1 (with the value of 1 from math book)
8-point star =2 (with the value of 5 from math book)
Moon = 3 (with the value of 2 from math book)

So, you have a code now: 152.
What to do?
Open the middle drawer and see a note with 342-something.
Take 342-152 (the only thing you know of) (thanks @Edgar!).
Zoom on the fish on the door.
Write the answer: 190 inside the fish and click the black button to the right.
Out! Congrats!
