Dassyutu 51 - Morning Escape is another Japanese point and click type room escape game created by Osironosiro, who is also creator of Dassyutu series. Actually, to get the code you only need to click the lips, heart and cheek of the man in the blue window.

Or... on a second thought, it might be a woman.

(And remember, the order of the three clicks is important. Also, don't look for a key - just click the door after you entered the code in the panel to the left of the door.)
