Gooooood morning, escapers! Just starting. Have SD, 2 batteries, note w/clock hint, ruler, and book I can't open. Also I think I need a flashlight, 2 dark areas. Playing game on pc now. :)

Got magnifier now, but don't know where to use it.
@Janey Use ruler right side of bookshelf to get key. Magnifier in drawer.
@J I think at the bottom of the "you win!" screen is a code.
Need to find the clock B and need code for safe,

Stuck with ruler (used), SD, book, key (used), code hint, and magnifying glass. I think we need to do something in the window. Tried using the magnifier there, but to no avail.

Now we use code from pc game.
ok so added clock a and clock b together on black thing nxt to door, inserted symbols from comp game, got gold key. opened 2nd drawer on desk and see a black dot on the lower left corner but cant get screwdriver to work on it.
and out. nice game.
use key from clock safe in desk then sd on bottom of drawer for card key.
@Mariposa13: use SD on all 4 corners

Mariposa - you have to use the screwdriver on each corner - it worked for me... maybe a bug?

@J I think you need to turn the book around so that you see the sun on the front before you can set it down.

Walkthrough Part 1
Zoom in on the clock on the side table
Note the time
Back up once and zoom under the middle of the couch -- get the screwdriver from the right side
Close that view
Back all the way up
Enjoy the nice view from the window
Turn left
Zoom on the desk
Get the ruler
While zoomed in, click the top right drawer (it’s unlocked)
Get the clock hint and the first battery
Note the second drawer is locked
Backup (use the up arrow) and click the laptop
Play the minigame -- the goal is to shoot 30 enemy ships. If they hit you or make it past you, you lose. You have unlimited ammo, so just use your mouse up and down to move your ship and keep click the mouse button to shoot constantly. If you lose, back up and then click the laptop to try again.
Note the 5 symbols at the bottom of the screen after beating the game.
Back all the way up
Zoom on the picture over the desk
It has the word eye circled on it. So click the eyes of the picture. The picture will fall down and reveal a safe
But you don’t have the code yet
Go left
Note the door needs a keycard
Note the black box on the wall
It says HME on it, and near the bottom right side there is a faint box
Click it to see that it needs 2 batteries
Go left

Zoom in on the left shelves of the bookcase
Get the second battery
Back up and zoom in on the books -- get the right book
Note you can click the curved arrow in the bottom right corner of the about item view to turn it over
See the faint sun symbol?
Close the about item view
While still zoomed in on the books on the shelf, click the bottom right corner of the bookcase
See the object peeking out in the dark? Use your ruler to get it (click the ruler in the inventory and then the Use It button in the about item screen)-- it is a silver key
Click the ruler in the inventory to put it away again
Back all the way up
Turn left
Zoom on the side table again
Use the silver key to open the bottom drawer

Back all the way up
Click the floor where the sun is hitting it in front of the couch

Open the about item view of the book. Turn it over so you can see the sun
Click Use It and place the book on the floor in the center of the screen (ignore the white square on the floor. It is just a reflection)
Use you magnifying glass on the book
Click the book in your inventory and turn it over. Note the code on the back
Back up and go left (you will pick up the book when you back up)
Click the safe and enter the code
SPOILER450273SPOILER (0 looks a bit like a D on the keypad, but it is 90RE in the bottom row. R is reset and E is enter)
Get the black key
Back all the way up and turn around to the bookshelves view
Zoom on the tall cabinet
Use the black key and get the binoculars
Go left
Zoom out the window
Use the binoculars to find the clock
(When you use them on the window, you can use your mouse to look up and down/ left and right. Click the + symbol to zoom in and the - symbol to zoom out. Look as far left as you can. There is a patch of grass in the park below the left lake. At the left edge of that bare grassy area is a clock. Zoom all the way in to read it)
Back up and turn all the way around to the door view
Zoom on the black box. Place the 2 batteries in the bottom right corner
Click the H button to turn it on.
Set the correct time

Turn right
Use the gold key to open the bottom drawer of the desk
Huh? Empty!
Wait, there are tiny dark marks in the corners (you can see them in the bottom of the drawer in the bottom corners), and you haven’t used your screwdriver yet
Use it to remove the 4 screws in the corners
Get the keycard
Go left and escape!

Clock Puzzle Solution
The clock on the side table says 10:15. The one in the park says 2:25. The paper says to add them so SPOILER12:40SPOILER. Hit the E to enter the amount.

WALKTHROUGH
COUCH
- Zoom in on the couch, zoom in under the couch and take the SCREWDRIVER.
- Zoom in on the clock and see it's 10:15.
- GO RIGHT.
BOOKCASE
- Take BATTERY #1 from the middle left shelf.
- Zoom in on the books and take the right BOOK.
- GO RIGHT (2x).
DESK
- Zoom in on the desk and take the RULER.
- Zoom in the drawers and open the top one and take BATTERY #2 and the NOTE.
- Zoom in on the laptop and open and play the mini-game (shoot all 30 without being touched). After YOU WIN, don't close the screen but see the 5 symbols on the bottom of the laptop screen. It's up arrow - yin yang - 4 diamonds - X - 4 diamonds.
- GO RIGHT (2x).
BOOKCASE
- Zoom in on the books and then zoom in between the bookcase and the wall and use the ruler there to take the SILVER KEY.
- GO LEFT.
COUCH
- Zoom in on the drawers (2x) and use the silver key on the bottom drawer and take the MAGNIFIER.
- Zoom in on the light of the window on the floor. Look at the book in your inventory and turn it around. Put it to the left of the white square and use the magnifier on it. See 450273.
- GO LEFT.
DESK
- Zoom in on the picture, see EYE so click the eyes to reveal the safe. Put in 450273 and click the E and take the BLACK KEY.
- GO RIGHT (2x).
BOOKCASE
- Zoom in on the big cupboard and use the black key to open it.
- Take the BINOCULARS.
- GO LEFT.
COUCH
- Zoom in on the window and use the binoculars. Zoom in with the binoculars on the left field with grass and there on the clock and see it's 2:25.
- GO RIGHT (2x).
DOOR
- Zoom in on the code panel, open the little panel on it and put both batteries in. On the note was clock A + clock B so we do 10:15 + 2:25 = 12:40. Put that in and click the E and see the new code panel. Use the shapes from the laptop game there (up arrow - yin yang - 4 diamonds - X - 4 diamonds) and take the GOLD KEY.
- GO RIGHT.
DESK
- Zoom in on the drawers and use the gold key on the bottom one to open it. See 4 screws in the corners. Use the screwdriver on all 4 and take the KEYCARD.
- GO LEFT.
DOOR
- Zoom in, use the keycard and out.
