I can not find the red key. I have been clicking the outside door but nothing. Help

@Jen & Douce, I think it's a bit of an odd angle you have to click, maybe towards the top left...

Oh, sorry, I was wrong. For the red key, click on the snow to the top right of the front door...
At the bottom of the black line...
i replayed and it is like Rambler said~ and on the snow part in zoomed out view!

Thanks Rambler, I also would never have found that key. So what was the puzzle clue telling us. It was in the general area but sure had me lost and confussed. Locked me in to the wrong area and could not look beyond.

Hi Lauren, use the knife on his ropes. The brown thing as you said, is for the reindeer, (kind of rope) just give it to Santa outside, next to Rudolf

Well, almost finished this one until my inventory went crazy and I couldn't do anything anymore because the knife wouldn't be put down.
