To open the panel, make an upside down T. It's the picture by the door with the triangles removed.

Found it. select the hammer and just click everywhere on that green wall.
About 1.5-2cm to the right at the same height as the "arrow" of yellow light when you turn the light off
Where did they get the 3986 from?
Got it... On floor in front of door is paper, use eraser and get colour map with grey line down center. Grey line means swap the ones in center, so if coloured, its now white, if white->coloured. Look at TV and apply mapping!

FINALLY! red key is behind shelf with stuff on it a little low to the left of where yellow ball was (whew) i was stuck a min too @girlfrom-oz
