the star is made in the inside of the triangles...which means the white field inside the orange triangle have to form a 5 peak star

Hi all, i opened the star cb with your help and used pincers in fire, got a barrel.
this is how cb works
first 12 triangles
second 6 triangles
third 3 triangles
two triangles from 1st cover one triangle from second. add those 2 triangles from 1 to get the number for 2. it doent have anything to do with colors!

hi together :o) @small-tool: you don't need the color-order... below each triangle are two numbers they you have to add... i.e. if there is 5 and 8 you add to 13 and use the second number = 3
There is a blue triangle left of sofa and a keyhole on the right side.
Sorry, I'm really stupid but I still don't get it. How do you know which two triangles you have to take from the 1st cover?
put those letters in the puzzle on the wall for rooster and owl.

@small-tool: you need only the last cover... the first is only the hint... add the two numbers below one triangle...
Then it says OK, but i don´t know the other 3 letters.

for me theres no OK after putting in the letters from feather hint in the boxes of owl and rooster... (btw i thought it would be a chicken...)
@Sabine, put the missing letter from night for the owl and the missing word from morning for the rooster.
what does the triangles mean after pig, dog and cat? you cant change any letters in this view... could this be the hint for the letters? first and last maybe or the middle one...
Turn around the animals after putting the two letters.

i get no OK and i can't turn the animals around except of clicking the white triangle... no OK... only the next animals... and there i tried the first letters, the middle and the last... no luck...
For me it worked with the missing letter from night for the owl and morning for the rooster.
For the other animals I think we have to find the triangles with letters. I only found the one in the drawer and on the shelf in the corner.
And the triangle left of sofa is empty with an arrow beside.
there is a little shelf in the corner with a triangle and on this triangle are (LOL) 3 triangles like arrows... last - last - first letter for pig-dog-cat?
and please, can you explain for me stupid girl if you can READ an OK after putting the missing letters for owl and rooster of if you only change to the next view?
The triangle on my little shelf is orange and has an E in it. And the one in the drawer is black and has an S on it.
And what to do with the barrel ?
Yep, I had to fill in N and I. Then it said ok when I moved to the three animals. And now I can't change those letters anymore because they say OK.

@sabine, when u put the letters right u hear a beep or something and then when u turn the pictures around and come back to owl and rooster u see o unter owl and k under rooster. OK
aaaah... no OK for me, but if i turn the sound on i can hear a "DONG" ^_^
btw there is another view. the ceiling. wonder if that has anything to do with animals.
Oh. I have a knife from the left panel on the animal code box. I guess I could open it because Owl and Rooster were ok.

cool knif has several optipons so you have a magnifier for blue triangle on bed got a blue 4
The knife is a multi-tool. Opened the can with the opener, now gonna use it as magnifier.

The numbers are always the same (3, 4, 5 and 9), but the order is different in the book.

WALKTHROUGH part 1
for Nokra
COUCH
- Zoom in on the little shelf in the right corner and see the E in an orange outlined triangle, point up.
- Zoom in on the paper above the couch and see the SHAPE HINT (a star and it's pointing left, so you have to use it if you're in the view when you go left but now we go...)
- RIGHT.
ORANGE WALL with CABINET
- Zoom in on the cabinet and then on top of it to see the circle with 12 triangles. The numbers are different every game but as an example; in this game my two top left numbers were 8 and 2 (together that's 10) and my two top right numbers were 6 and 1 (together 7). Now if you click once on the circle you see a circle with 6 triangles. On that circle my top left triangle was 0 and my top right triangle was 7. So that was the hint how to go on; You have to add the numbers and when it's two digits you take the last number (my 10 became 0). So now add your two top numbers (for me 0 and 7 so 7), also add your two bottom left numbers and add your two bottom right numbers. Now click the circle again and you have a circle with only 3 triangles. In this one you can change the numbers. So change them to the numbers you have (of course in the top triangle the answer from your two top numbers in the previous circle etc.) and then click the middle and if done correctly you see open.
- Zoom out (1x) and open the top drawer and take the MAGNET. Don't zoom out, but click the drawer again to take out and see the 5 in an black outlined triangle, point up.
- GO RIGHT.
DOOR
- Zoom in on the white cabinet, open the top drawer and take the WHITE TRIANGLE BUTTON.
- GO RIGHT.
FIREPLACE
- Zoom in on the white thing above the fireplace and click the orange triangle and take the NOTE.
- Zoom in on the panel in the left corner and use the magnet on the N(orth) and S(outh) and now it's a handle. Open it and see a lot of orange triangles that you can click. Now remember the hint from above the couch. It's for this view so make a star shape. The white part in the middle has to become a 5-point star (with two points down, one up, one left and one right). If done correctle it says open and now you can open the bottom panel and take the PINCHERS.
- Zoom in on the fireplace and use the pinchers to take the CAN.
- GO RIGHT (2x).
WALKTHROUGH part 2
ORANGE WALL with CABINET
- Zoom in on the code panel left on the wall and use your white triangle button on it and then click it and you see an owl and a rooster. Now look at your note. The code is different every game but there's a feather on it, so it's about birds and there's always MORNING and NIGHT on the note with a missing letter in every word. Well the owl is a night bird so use the missing letter from night under the owl and the rooster wakes you up in the morning, so use the missing letter from morning under the rooster. Click the white triangle/button and now you see 3 animals, click again and again and you're back at the owl and rooster and if you did the right letters it now says OK. Click the button 2 times again to see the place with only two panels. With the birds ok, you can now open the left panel. Take the KNIFE/MULTI-TOOL.
- GO RIGHT (2x).
FIREPLACE
- Zoom in on the box on the shelf. Look at your multi-tool and keep clicking it till it's a key. Use the key/multi-tool to open the box and take HALF BLUE DROP #1.
- GO RIGHT.
COUCH.
- Zoom in on the right side of the couch and there's a keyhole. Look at your blue drop, click it and take KEY #1. Use this key on the keyhole, zoom out and open the drawer under the couch. Take the SUN SHAPED BUTTON. We take a look in the book later.
- Zoom in on the left side of the couch and see a blue triangle with a litte dot. Make your multi-tool a magnifier and look at it and see 4 in a blue outlind triangle, point up.
- GO RIGHT (2x).
DOOR
- Zoom in on the white cabinet. Make your multi-tool a can-opener and open the can and see X in an all blue triangle, point up. Click the can to take KEY #2. Use the key to open the bottom drawer. Take the ORANGE REMOTE and see the 6 in an all white triangle, point down.
GO RIGHT (2x).
COUCH.
- Now take a look in the book. The code is different everytime because of the order of the triangle but the numbers are always the same. In my game it was:
Oranged outlined triangle, point down (so the E was a 3).
Blue outlined triangle, point up (so 4).
All blue triangle, point up (so X).
All white triangle, point down (so 6 for me, but if the point is up it would be 9).
Black outlined triangle, point up (so 5)
Then =
So I had; 34x65=2210 (but like I said, the code is different every game, because of the order of triangles in the book).
- GO RIGHT (2x).
WALKTHROUGH part 3
DOOR
- Zoom in on the white cabinet and use your four-digit code to open the left door and take the HAND-MACHINE.
- Zoom in on the 3 triangles on the wall above the white cabinet and put your sun shaped button there. Keep on clicking it till you've seen all the letters and it reads HINT FOR BOX.
- Zoom in on the bottom hinge of the door. Make your multi-tool a screwdriver and use it and it will break.
- GO RIGHT (2x).
COUCH.
- Use your remote on the couch (about item it and click it) and rope comes down.
- Look at the remote again, flip it and take the BATTERY.
- Look at the hand-machine, flip it and put the battery in.
- Zoom in on the rope and put the hand-machine on it and wait till the projector is down.
- GO RIGHT (2x).
DOOR
- Zoom in on the sun-shape-button you placed on the wall and see there are more letters now. Now remember the 3 animals from the box (pig-dog-cat). So make the 3 hands of the button/dial pointing at P, I and G and in the middle you have the letter for pig. Do the same for dog and cat. I don't think this is different every game. So it is F, H and O.
- GO LEFT.
ORANGE WALL with CABINET
- Zoom in on the safe on the wall and make the letter under pig F under dog H and under cat O. Click the white triangle and open the right panel and take HALF BLUE DROP #2.
- GO RIGHT (2x).
FIREPLACE.
- Zoom in on the white thing above the fireplace and click the orange triangle. Make your two half drops a WHOLE DROP and put it in the hole and click the triangle. The fireplace is out now.
- Zoom in on the black triangle in the fireplace and take the GLUE.
- GO LEFT.
DOOR
- Zoom in (2x) on top of the cabinet and see all the stuff you use is there. Take the BROKEN SCREWDRIVER back. Open your multi-tool, put it on screwdriver and put the glue on it and then the broken part and you have the screwdriver again.
- Use the screwdriver to unscrew the bottom and top hinge of the door. Zoom out, the door drops down and go out and you're out.
I absolutely loved this game. It's clever on many levels. For a start, it's a room drawn purely from triangles. Secondly, the puzzles are crafty and even amusing, but the clues are all here. The makers managed to find a way to communicate everything that you need to do to escape. I really enjoyed being able to work out what was being "asked" of me, and, once I had "got" that these people actually have a sense of humour, I realised it was well worth the few minutes of blundering around blindly, wondering what the heck was going on.
I spent most of that time clicking daft things just to see what would happen and what odd noises they caused, because it was funny =)
I did have a problem trying to work out where to put the teardrop thingy at the end, but, thanks to small-tool [as usual ;P] and his fine walkthrough writing, I was soon kicking myself for not remembering the wall mechanism.
I'd love to play a lot more games like this while I'm waiting for Selfdefiant's next fabulous pit-traps =)
Just like his games, and Miller's from yesterday, the whole plot of the "endgame" seems to unfold with each new discovery.

Im all caught up, save this one for last. I restarted about 5 times. I get 4 point up and only 1 point down...Point up 35x4 and point down 6 How do I make a combination for the safe. I tried everything. its a good little game, but the safe is driving me bugs. If anyone comes back please help tx

I think you mean the series of triangles, so if you can copy down exactly what clues you have then you will be able to sort them out.
I had blue outline =4,
red outline =3, but on the shelf it was upside-down so looked like an E,
solid blue triangle = x,
black outline one was 5,
and all white one was 6, but it was upside down again, so it was really a 9.
That gave me 43 x 59, which is 2537.
Make sure you invert the triangles that are the wrong way up and you should be fine.
As I said, repost your clues if you still can't make it out. I'll be back to check in about 14 hours.

thank you Redwings for returning I want to finish the game but cant. I have outline orange point up upside 3. point up outline black 5, point up outline blue 4, all blue point up x, all white 6 point down which is a nine, Book triangles are point down outline red, point up outline black, point up all blue, point up outline blue, point down all white, That would be 35x49 or 34x59 wont open up. Ill check back again thanks again, its driving me bugs, and I dont feel right unless I finish the game. thanks

Right. I've just played again, and I think the pairs of numbers swap with each other for code differences between games, so if I post the eight different solutions to the code, it must be one of them.
Also, don't forget to click the "E" for enter button at the bottom right of the keypad!

The room clues are always the same:
/_\ red outline = E, so a 3, on the corner shelf

I dont understand what I am doing wrong, but it wont open, Darn I want to finis this game. I have restarted so many times and it still wont open.
