Use the saw on the bottom of the stairs like thing.

how do you solve the sudoko puzzle? I don't know what the numbers mean that are placed in the boxes.

Those are little math problems.
If, for example, 3+ is in a box. You have to make 2+1 or 1+2 to make 3 with adding.
@Christina, it's a Kenken, not a Sudoku. You solve it by using the numbers 1 to 4 to make the number in the separated squares. You can only use each of 1,2,3 and 4 once in any row or column.

Pink key is in the water in the first screen. Need flippers which you get from the blue key colour puzzle

WALKTHROUGH
First Scene
Click on the boats and note the name
SPOILONNIELER
Click on the island in the middle
Note there’s a key in the water
Click on the top left building. This is where you’ll be putting your keys
Click right
Second Scene
Click on the water slide thingy towards the extreme right hand side
Note the crack at the bottom of the main support
Click on the trees at the top left hand of the scene and collect your blue key
Click right
Third Scene
Click on the watermill and note the multiplication sum you need to calculate
6x7x8x9 = SPOI3024LER
Click on the bottom most white house, this is your exit door
Click on the top trees on the other side of the river and note the hole in the tree
Click on the top two white houses and collect your green key
Click right
Fourth Scene
Click on the big daisy and note the colours of the petals
Click on the 3 red and white umbrellas on the right hand side, and note the colours of the fruit on the middle table

Just a bit above the umbrellas is a Palm tree in a pond. Click it and collect your red key.

Back to First Scene
Click on Key Locks
Drag red key and solve slider puzzle for a Saw
Drag Green key and solve Kakuro/Kenken for dynamite
Drag blue key and use the fruit colour clue for a set of flippers
Click on island and using the slippers, collect the Pink key from the water
Click right
Second Scene
Click on the base of the main stand of the water way and use the Saw on the crack for the yellow key
Click right
Third Scene
Click on the trees, use the dynamite in the hole for the orange key
Click right twice
Back to First Scene
Click on your Key Locks
Drag Yellow key to it’s lock
Using the daisy petals clue, change the colours to get a red triangle
SPOILER
Starting from the VERY top, going clockwise:
Yellow, Olive, Olive, Yellow, Olive, Yellow, Olive, Yellow, Olive
Now solve the Orange key for another triangle. Clue is name of boat.
Solve the pink key puzzle (multiplication sum)for the Black Exit key. SPOI3024LER
Click right twice, click on bottom most white house and place the triangles and black key and YOU’RE OUT
