Really s-t? Well, if for different colors you mean gray (using glasses) then that's what i did to make my codepad (not only numbers accepted) worked...
the POP is too weird...I had clicked the remote in about item so many times...knowing it would turn over, etc...then I read s-t's comment...open and click it turns over! DANG!...not that it helped me any!lolol...Oh, cool ...my name is in the middle of note...lol

Edgar, when you see gray, you can click next to it to see Red-Green-Blue and then Gray again etc.

Morning everyone! I'm a little confused... Cumulus 2011 doesn't do anything for me, don't know what to do with the colors on TV or what numbers to use on remote. Be patient with me - on my first cup of coffee

I just got a magic wand!!!!!
reorient the letters on note to the remote...use open to the #'s and the #'s on the glass case...blue box opens...magic wand!
now using the wand on TV...got a green 5, 2 blue dots, and 2 red dots...stuck!

btw, the book is addressed to Harry Potter with instructions about the use of the wand. Hopefully nothing relevant in the last pages which didn't want to look up.

#6 is C L from the broom...#3 shows glasses and a red arrow pointing down right...trying to find the spot!

When you get first clue..then just go up and down...gives all 6 clues!

@Heidi, you need the note found in the back of the remote. See the red dot on it? It's a reference to orientate it according to the remote, red dot being the power button. Use then the digits that spell the word "OPEN"

As well as the 6 channels LU gives what looks like a volume control & RD some green Japanese writing appears briefly in the bottom left corner.
Hmm, clue #5 gives only blue and red letter. To use with clue #1 maybe.
Easy as that may be, I have tried every combination backwards and forwards and still can not figure it out. How about just giving me the first number?
@heidi...use the letters on the note and orient them using the red do, to the remote...then use open...for the corresponding #'s...use them on the glass case....

Look at the Japanese captions when TV is in channel 4. K and Y are there, just ignore the colors in the screen and "read" below.
Sorry, @roberto (and whoever interested). I'm replaying this game and just found out the KY letters in channel 4 were not visible since start as I originally thought. It can only be seen after you 'adjust' the volume with Left and Up of the wand. This can be done in any channel, and when you are looking at the clue 4 it will be there.
Magical Wind Escape – Walkthrough
Chapter One: “The Answer Is Blowing In The Wand”
Door
• Click on the door to see you need a password to escape.
• Read ‘Cumulus 2011’ on the broomstick.
• Look at the numbers under the hat ‘5264’
• Zoom on the lower part of the broom; get the remote
• Open the REMOTE in ‘About Item’ and click to the right side to turn it around; remove the batteries cover and get the HINT NOTE.
• Go left.
Bookcase
• Zoom in the red books and read the second one from the left, with instructions on the use of the magic wand.
• Move left.
Box
• Open the hint in ‘About Item’ and turn it (mentally) 90º to the left, to have the red dot above the upper left corner of the 3x3 letter grid (resembling to the remote) and note the position of the letters spelling the word OPEN. Look at the remote and pick the numbers in these positions to have a 4-dig code.

• Zoom in the codepad on the box and enter, if you like, the numbers found under the hat (press the enter key afterwards) to get the MAGICAL BUT YET USELESS BUN.
• Use the codepad (again if you’ve got the yummy bunny) to enter the numbers you’ve got from decoding the ‘remote clue’ you should hear a ‘click’). Zoom out and in again on the blue box; find the MAGIC WAND.
• Zoom to the left of the yellow stand and remove the middle part to find the GLASSES.
• Go left.
TV
• Zoom in the TV and use the WAND on it; as the book explains (?) move the wand LEFT, RIGHT and UP to turn it on (RIGHT-LEFT-DOWN can turn it off).
• Now you can use the UP and DOWN of the wand to change channels (6 only… good they don’t have cable TV there at Hogwarts!)

Chapter Two: “Gone With The Wand”
Channel 1:
• Green 5 with 2 blue and red pair of circles.
It tries to say that you need something blue and something red, and related to a pair of circles (being these the glasses) and to a green number 5 (channel 5, of course).
Channel 2:
• A drawing red ball.
This ball is supposed to draw a letter ‘R’ and an ‘A’ but honestly, it doesn’t look like an A to me… unless it’s lowercase… and kind of the greek alpha α
Anyway, Channel 2 = RA
Channel 3:
• Glasses and red arrow.
Zoom back (on the yellow down arrow) to stop using the wand for the moment. Time for the glasses; select them and use them on the TV. Click on the square in the right (where the arrow points) to change the colors of the glasses view). Tutorial finished, returned the glasses to inventory and explore more channels with the wand.
Channel 4:
• Colored bars.
If you haven’t played with the volume control, this is a good time to do it. Move the wand LEFT and UP and, as if magic, now the Japanese captions under the game screen say “….K…..Y…..”
Well, Channel 4 = KY
Channel 5:
• Colored squares.
Remember channel 1 saying something about here? Put the wand away and play a bit with the color changing glasses to see a blue M and a red E (we need this order, according to channel 1).
We have 6 letters now… Channel 5 = ME
Channel 6:
• Broom and circles.
Now, use the broom brand to pick the letters in the positions of circles with 1 and 2 in them.
CUMULUS
Therefore, Channel 6 = CL
• Now we only need an order for our 4 pairs of letters. Go back to the door view.
• The numbers under the hat actually have an use, besides of giving a bun! They’re the order of channels we need:
5 2 6 4 = ME RA CL KY
• Enter meraclky on the door, click OK, hear a click, open the door, click outside, throw the bun away… congrats! You’re gone :)
