Mystic Ancient House Escape is another point and click type room escape game by flash512. You have got out the basement which is dark and quiet finally. Now this time you are in a normal old room but with some secrets . The door is locked, you can't go out this room without finding the right key in this mysterious room. Hey! My first post. I love this site though. :)
Well, I'm stuck with the pendants...
key under white trash can
I found a lot of stuff but i dont know where to use them. i have a key, a wooden handle, a long stick, a screwdriver, a blue thing, a yellow round thing, the odd board, and a hook (?).
There is also a keyhole on the tail of the bed but my key doesnt fit.
I suppose that it was easy because I'm out without help.
POP, just did it, brute forcing it. Did see the hint but never understood it.

I feel stupid, because it seems I'm the only one who isn't out. stuck with a metal rod, a clamp, a yellow clip, board with numbers and a hook.
things I used: screwdriver, key, (clock-) handle and the blue special thing...
any hints about the safe behind the picture?
@ Miller The yellow clip goes on the table next to bed after you move the lamp
Also combine the metal rod with the tube and use it on the side of the big cb on the big screw
i attached the round thing to the rod, let's see what this gonna do

@miller for safe behind the pic, bring all three dots in the same line.
for color code, look at the window sill (the order) and look for colors in the cb
color code is on the paper after you unscrew that metal rod. at the back of the paper i found the clue for the safe behing picture
thanks. now I'm stuck with the 3 hooks. how to attach them to the chains? I think, I know the order...
@Miller cannot understand it. After using the yellow slider beside the lamp I have a drawer with four colored button, I see colors in cabinet but cannot combine them with the hook pic on window sill.
Pop got it after using the screwdriver.

Can't find the color of the star. Found the circle pentagon and square. And it's hard to tell the colors but I think it's light/yellow-green-pink.

ah small-tool, i can't really remember because i always write down 'P' for pink or purple.
I'm out too, but was there a hint for the middle hook? Or was the amount of pulls of the middle hook supposed to be brute-forced?
I have no idea where to use the (combinded, small) screwdriver. Anyone?

You use it on a pipe like thing in your inventory.
Can remember where I found it (maybe behind the bed).
@randomuser: you have to open the drawer of the bed with the key and inside is a long tube.
@s-t, you're not talking about the pipe thing, that is combined with the metal tube for opening the closet?
I have got a key (from under the trash bin), but that doesn't go into the drawer in the bed.
so what do we do with the hooks? I've tried 3 for the first hook and 4 for the 3rd hook, but don't know the middle hook. Do we go: 3 pulls on first hook, the 4 pulls on 3rd hook? or is it; 1 on the first, then 1 on the 3rd hook etc HELP Please don't tell me someone else already posted this as I've read and re read and can't find a hint or clue for the hook pulls

WALKTHROUGH
WINDOW & PLANT VIEW
- zoom on the bed and click the space between bed & wall, take odd board
- zoom out twice, zoom on small table next to bed and take wooden hanldle
- zoom out, click the plant and take screwdriver from window (combine wooden handle & screwdriver in your inventory to get complete screwdriver
- back out, look in cupboard on the right side and take metal stick
SHELF VIEW
- look at the "odd board" in your inventory and notice the missing numbers
- zoom on the trapdoor and insert the missing numbers SPO7I5L7ER
- open the trapdoor and take purple pendant
- zoom on the piggybank in upper left compartment and notice the yellow star
- zoom on middle left compartment and notice the green pentagon
- zoom on bottom left compartment and notice the white circle
- zoom on middle right compartment, move the vase and notice the purple square
- zoom on upper right compartment and take slider from duck's head
- zoom on bottom right compartment, open the blue box and take blue special object
- open right doors and take metal tube
- zoom on device right of shelf, place the blue object and take special wrench
- zoom on right trashcan, lift it, look under it and take key
WINDOW & WARDROBE VIEW
- zoom on the wardrobe, click it's right side. Combine metal stick and metal tube in your inventory and put it on the green circle.
- click it twice & the wardrobe opens
- zoom on windowsill & notice hook order
- zoom on the end of bed & open the drawer with the key. Take long tube.
- zoom on the tube in your inventory and open it with the screwdriver. Take paper hint
- zoom on paper hint, notice the order of shapes, flip the paper around and notice the order of red symbols
- zoom on the picture, click the pink button and arrange the symbols according to the pape hint (click the outer triangle 10 times so it is slightly before 12 o'clock and click the center)
- take red pendant
WINDOW & PLANT VIEW
- move the lamp of the little table and place the yellow slider on the hole. Click it twice to reveal a color safe.
- the colors come from the paper hint & the symbols from the shelf. SPOILERy,w,g,pSPOIELR
- take green pendant
WINDOW & WARDROBE VIEW
- first put the purple pendant on the left chain, the red one in the middle and the green one on the right.
- arrange the pendants according to the window sill (click the purple one twice, the red once, the green three times)
- take the yellow key
DOOR VIEWW
- use the key on door & you are out!
maybe there is another ending, because you don't have to go out, but I don't know about that

Of all the games I play here these are probably my favorite. I find the games beautiful, relaxing, and they transport me to another mental space.I always feel a sadness when I finish one as I felt like I had just danced with perfection. I also like them because I can escape with out having to read the comments. Thank you flash 512.

Great game, beautiful graphics, but once again it's another game designer / website that disrespects players with less than optimal eyesight by not allowing zooming the game to a larger size. Abroy is bad for that too.
Games with tiny, little, unzoomable game windows, no matter how good they are, are very hard for a lot of people to play and enjoy.
Gazzyboy games, for one example, are basically crap, but at least for those who choose to play them, they can at least see them clearly.
Just my opinion for designers to think about...

I disagree - I would rather play a beautifully crafted game that's small than a Gazzy game ANYDAY.
I'd rather enjoy a small Kobe steak than one bite from a mound of mystery meat.
