I did the mail.
I can get around a bit with English, but 35 is really difficult.
A puzzle where you have to go from one word to another by changing one letter at every step. And on every step you have to guess what the new word is.

It's easy indeed.
If a key is pointing top left, you take the top left letter from the text(box).
That's what the title is about (the four corners of the text box).

I am stuck on level 35 language barrier, I can enter answers which ones whom have pictures (like a crossword kind of easy) just now I don't have enough vocabulary for doing this kind of crossword :( help :(
Since this is an old riddle and because level 35 is probably a big problem for most non-native English speakers I think I can, just for once, break the rules and give the answer in a spoiler.
